Reception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!! It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice

Lovely location , secluded from the city and a perfect getaway from reality to get in touch with who you are. The Cinq Mondes Spa provides some elevating body massages and then hiking through the Sonian Forest in the morning was absolutely amazing and breathtaking

The best hotel to sleep, breakfast is also great, in addition to regular food, there are freshly made bacon mushroom poached eggs, sausages, tastes good! The hotel has free parking, the hotel has its own restaurant for dinner, the cost is a bit high.
