I have visited many countries, and in hotels of all kinds, and at some point I have had to ask for ”late checkout” or what is the same ”late checkout” because my flight back home leaves very late that day.
In this case I paid almost €600 for practically 2 nights, it was 3 nights, but the first night I arrived at the airport at 2 in the morning, that is, practically 2 nights, when in Albania hotels are very cheap, but I preferred to grab a Known chain just in case, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A LATE CHECKOUT OF 2h because my flight left at 18:50 in the afternoon, THEY TOLD ME NOOOO, when the hotel was newly opened and was practically empty!!!!!!!! I THINK IT WAS VERY VERY BAD, I HAD TO BE WALKING AROUND TIRANA AND EAT SUPER LATE, TO BE ABLE TO MAKE TIME UNTIL 4:00 PM when I went to the airport. I THINK I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL? NO!!!!, I THINK OF GOING BACK??? NO!!!!, not only because of this, but because it is far from the center, the hotel's Terra restaurant is very expensive, and look, almost nothing surprises me, but the difference in prices compared to the rest of the city surprised me very much.
We ordered some mini Iberian pork chops and an Angus rib and 2 waters to eat, and they charged us €135, when in the ERA restaurant, which is 50 meters from the hotel, TripAdvisor recommends it, and it cost us an exquisite risotto, and 2 Angus T-bone steaks of 1,200 grams with a garnish of mushrooms and vegetables, plus bread, plus 2 waters, plus a Pepsi max, EYE €53, crazy!!!! And everything was very good, so the prices of the hotel are not justified.
Is the hotel nice? Yes!!!, is it comfortable??? Yes!!!, it is practically new, it was opened recently, but that does not give the right to be charged 5 times more for eating in its facilities, it is 1 and a half km or more from Skanderbeg square and everything there is What to visit in the capital of Albania.
Thank you.
Its a beautiful hotel, i had a great time, nice scenary but sadly the swimming pool was closed, so no access, they said its been closed since september. I would rate the hotel a 8, but they can do better on their breakfast menu, no pasta or fries. they can do better on the menu aspect but for other things i had a good experience and enjoyed myself
Booked for a friend. The hotel environment and sanitation are very good. The front desk receptionist is also very humane. They checked in early! In addition, Ctrip customer service. I booked a youth hostel at the beginning, but the flight was delayed and no one was there to receive me. Ctrip hotel butler helped me cancel it for free and rebook Hilton Garden Hotel. The whole process was considerate service. I have trusted Ctrip's service for more than ten years and it has always been the best.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are old, the 24 square meters room is really cramped, the breakfast is not self-service, the service attitude is not mentioned, very good, but the price of more than one thousand is really too bad, the environment and facilities of the domestic express hotel are top hotels price

Very elegant hotel in the central and nightlife area of Tirana. Excellent buffet breakfast both hot and cold. The spa and the heated pool also includes the sauna and the jacuzzi. All included in the room price without any time limit. The spacious rooms with all the comforts. I will gladly return on my next trip to Albania.
There are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.
The environment is elegant and comfortable! Good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy and bright! The window is Spanish style and can be opened! The room details are in place, even a small bottle of perfume! Breakfast is rich, even white wine! The five-star hotels here cannot be compared with China. There are 12 rooms on each floor with a total of 7 floors, which is a mini five-star hotel.
Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach
Big rooms, good hot water pressure
The hotel restauranthas amazing food and it's cheap!!!!

The facilities and service level are average, it is not a 5-star hotel, at most it is a 4-star level of international chain brands. The front desk management is poor, but the housekeeping staff has a good attitude.

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights to explore Tirana.
The hotel is approx 23 mins from the main square so was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come back to the hotel after a day out and change for dinner. We had early dinners in the centre and came back in the evening to the hotel so did not cause us a problem.
Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were more traditional whilst the bathrooms were very modern with a nice shower.
The bar was quiet but nice, and there is a restaurant within the hotel but we did not try it out.
Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs/omelette, sausage and bacon, bread and jams, great fruit and pastries, yoghurt etc. Eating a good breakfast meant that we did not stop for food during the day and had an early dinner.
There was a problem with the hotel pickup but that affected a number of people as we arrived at Tirana airport just before the US Secretary of State. Just one of those things. Returning to the airport was fine which the hotel organised as well as printing boarding passes as mobile versions are not yet allowed at the airport.
Really enjoyed our stay here and as long as you don’t mind the walk to the centre the hotel is great.

Oorganic holidays and Zen lifehotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.
OOuzhousheyingtuanyixianshengThe location is very good, equivalent to the Tiananmen Square in China. It is very close to various attractions on foot. This is a standard 4-star hotel with rich breakfast. You can have breakfast on the balcony, which is facing the square.

땡땡돌이2It is a newly built hotel located a little outside of downtown Tirana, so the rooms are spacious, the lighting is bright, and the breakfast was great. It was cheaper than downtown and it was great. If I come back to Albania next time, I want to stay at this hotel again. The reception staff were very beautiful, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend it.
