This place is very beautiful. Facing Manila bay with stunning Sunset. The Balcony Facing Okada casino and there is garden view. The swimming pool Direct Facing manila bay. When it's Sunset time. Its all Red in the sky. Its a resort Type. There are many restaurants and Bars in okada casino. Which is 2mins Walk from the place.
I really enjoy staying here and will definitely come back again.
The host is very responsive Too
We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!

Very clean, cosy apartment. Beddings are very comfortable. Fully furnished. Kitchen, washing machine. Garbage is collected twice a day.
Location is right beside the Uptown Mall. Near Market Market. Only 30 minutes drive from the international Airport. The receptionist and the concierge are always there to assists.
And the best part is, Rose is only a telephone call away.
We enjoyed a lot during our stay here. The room is very cozy and design is very aesthetic😍… representative of the hotel is very approachable and professional… well stay here again… thanks a lot for the wonderful experience
Though A TINY BIT hard to find/accesss, the staff (including gate guards) and host went far beyond expectations to accomodate my arrival and check-in. The faciity is lovely and secluded from nearby busy streets, and the unit is charming, well appointed, and immaculately clean. Hostess Dwainne is a 5-star host. A definite re-book
Booked a standard room with either king or twin. Upon arrival, FO informed that only twin available which I would prefer king for entire stay. When enquirer if next day king room availability, FO did not answer and seem like just wanted to give a twin and asked me to check tomorrow. I was upset as PMS system (hotel system) clearly could tell room type inventory for next few days and possible to secure accordingly. When I insisted then rcvd king for entire stay. Funny thing is when FO gave me the key, she mentioned “for this time only”. This sounded like I was being unreasonable and they gave in. Where I was purely wanted to secure king bed for next few days of my stay.
We booked 2 rooms thru Trip.com and another room over the counter. Its my early birthday celebration with my co Seniors friend. They enjoyed so much especially at the poolside of the hotel. Overall, it was an exciting bonding moments full of laughter and enjoyment.
The room that they gave us was not thoroughly cleaned. We found one piece of old french fry under the desk.
The hair dryer that was installed in the room was faulty. It turns off from time to time if the wire moved.
The breakfast was done in a separate function room due to the overspill of guests in the main restaurant (heat). The ambience was dark n gloomy but the food was great nevertheless.
Will still be back though due to its location and service.
The place was really nice overall. The room was comfy for 2 adults, and the amenities were great — especially the pool, play area, gym, and billiards on the 9th floor. If you're bringing kids, note that the room with 2 single beds is tight; better to request a Queen bed. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained.
A couple of things could’ve been better. There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet — likely due to the hotel being new. They provided an ionizer which helped, but the smell returned when unplugged. Reception offered a room transfer around 7pm, but we were already back and too tired to move.
Also, one of the staff members from housekeeping came into the room without knocking — not a huge deal, but definitely something that should be addressed. Still, it was a mostly good experience. With a few tweaks, this place could be awesome .Will definitely come back!
Our second stay here. Checked in by Aileen Acosta and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit small but bed was comfortable with strong hot shower. Walkable from NAIA T3 which is why I chose it. Walking distance to casinos. Room amenities were excellent. The swimming pool is small. Mainly for kids and we had to climb up a few stairs as the lift stopped on the 10th floor. Wifi was not really good. Need to keep on signing in. Overall an excellent hotel at a reasonable price due to its location.
