Convenient location with shopping mall, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The front desk staff at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya are friendly, professional, and truly accommodating. I needed to leave the hotel by 6:00 a.m. to catch an early flight, and they assisted me in booking a taxi on time, making the entire process seamless. The housekeeping department was very attentive to my comfort during my stay. I appreciated the lovely fruit, excellent decor, and the generous selection of amenities provided. Additionally, the food at Uppercut Steak House was outstanding. The staff there were exceptional, especially the assistant manager, Erna. She provided professional service and attentively addressed all my needs, which made me eager to return to Indonesia and stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya again. Thank you once more for everything you did for me during my stay!

Was suggested to upgrade to junior suite by a very pleasant lady at the front desk. I decided to go ahead with the suggestion, which was so worth it . The junior suite grants access to the executive lounge. Upon reaching there , I was served by an extremely welcoming , warm and friendly chef name Alfred. He takes the time to really introduce the dishes with so much passion and warmth . He ensure that I was well taken care of. Had an extremely pleasant time at Sheraton thanks to him. His service is one of the reason which makes Sheraton the top choice for subsequent stays whenever in Surabaya ( not to mention the delicious Rawon that both the executive lounge and lobby restaurant serve) The other staff at the hotel are really friendly , always greeting customers with a smile. The amenities provided at the hotel are really sufficient too

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and what stood out the most was their truly personalised service. Different staff members knew our names when we visited various facilities, making us feel genuinely valued and at home. A special shoutout to Adi and Sophia, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made a real difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were beautifully presented. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it an absolute highlight of our stay. We also loved the kids' club, which had well-planned activities to keep children entertained. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it a fun and engaging space for families. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, reflecting the high standards of DoubleTree by Hilton. Every interaction was met with warmth and a genuine willingness to assist. If we return to Surabaya, DoubleTree by Hilton will certainly be at the top of our list. Highly recommended!

A special shoutout to chef Dayat! His excellent services and professionalism is literally one of the best I have seen over many years of traveling. His passion and delicate taste for food is extraordinary. And most importantly he make us feel very welcomed and special whenever we come back to Westin Surabaya all the way from Singapore. I had a wonderful experience here. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from a large shopping mall, making it very easy to access shops and restaurants. The living environment was excellent, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. After wandering around for weeks, being able to relax and watch Netflix was simply fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Surabaya!

Breathtaking sceneries everywhere in Plataran Bromo. Excellent service. Only disappointing is mediocre food. The pastries seem to have too much preservatives that make one feel bloated and uncomfortable after eating. Cooked food has a lot of MSG too. The noodles cooked on the spot at breakfast can have some added ingredients, besides a bit of egg.
