This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

I went to see Li Jian's concert with my friends and booked this hotel on the spur of the moment. When I checked in at noon, the room was not ready yet, and the girl at the front desk chatted with me and introduced the hotel breakfast, etc. The service attitude was very good, and the bedding was all from Atour. After watching the concert in the evening, I came back hungry, and when I was about to go out, the waiter introduced free porridge and buns. Except for the small room, I was very satisfied. Especially the service attitude!

The place to stay in Zibo! We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Zibo. Room was just right with a classic setup, good hardware and solid walls to ensure great sleep. Location is excellent. The gorgeous People's Park is just a short walk away. A wonderful place to spend time. Also the famous Ba Da Ju 八大局 food street for a great time in the evening is also close by. Do not miss out on the great Zibo BBQ, many options for eating are nearby. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful when we had questions or needed help. Breakfast buffets are a big deal in China and I have to say that the one at this hotel was one of the best I've seen. A great selection of items including some rarer things like lamb soup. Very well done by all the Master Chefs. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay. Zibo is a great city to visit, friendly people, tasty food and a peaceful happy vibe. We hope to return again.

Stayed 2 nights with family. The view was nice, though another building was in front of us, we could see both sea and city side scenery. Breakfast was nice, we could enjoy various food. Kids also enjoyed. Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. Especially Owen helped us to stay comfortable.
