Family Friendly Hotels in Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Is a new hotel, around a year. Service in lobby = efficient Superb sauna steam and gym facilities Pillows could be better though. Bathroom is big. 5 mins drive to Dubai International Airport

Great spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and a supermarket downstairs for convenience. Taxis were always available right outside. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. Highly recommended for the value it offers.

The hotel was amazing, and the food was excellent with a variety of different dishes. Complimentary access to the water park was great for the children.

Amazing staycation for a weekend. Very good to chill by the swimming pool before the upcoming school week. Kids enjoyed the slides and lazy river. In the evening there was a mini disco in the kids club. Animators were very active and nice, entertaining and playing with small ones. All the stuff is 5 stars

It was our 4th time staying in this hotel since it was near to Dubai Mall. The room was quite clean and of decent size. The choice of food for breakfast and lunch was amazing. Special mention to Sharjeel, Chef Amr and Mustafa who were very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is at the exhibition -what is great. After a long day, it's easy to get home. The breakfast is fantastic and has lots of different options, including a local section where you can try new things every day. The hotel offers free shuttles to Dubai Mall, outlets, the beach, and other areas. It's a great way to get out after the exhibition in the evening for shopping and dinner. There's a pool on the ground floor, but I didn't try it. There's also a small 7-Eleven-like shop in the lobby where you can buy food and supplies if you need them.

The hotel is in a great location in the center of JBR and pool is really nice enjoyed the stay so much, staff are so friendly and the reception officer allowed me to do early check in which was great

I was even surprised by the nice breakfast in the morning. Room service, you ask for anything 3 minutes later you have it in your room. This is one excellent hotel.

Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the staff and everything,everything… I am so happy that I chose this place, door, they make you feel very valued. You won't regret it! Thnk you Raffles team! See u soon ❤️

From outstanding customer service and warm hospitality to its prime location and impeccable cleanliness, every aspect ensures a memorable stay. The staff go above and beyond, showing great attention to detail and care for guests’ needs. A big shoutout to Julie, Modest, the reception and breakfast team for their exceptional warmth and attentiveness. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and only wish we had more time to explore everything the hotel has to offer. We’ll definitely be returning for a longer visit!
