We rented a Toyota Corolla. I paid a deposit of 1,200 euros for a 2-night, 3-day stay, and was like, "What the heck?" When we returned the car, they took a quick look and said, "All right?" and immediately processed a refund. The car was in good condition, and overall, I was satisfied. I recommend it. ^^ However, since we were a family of four, we had two large suitcases, but they wouldn't fit in the trunk, so we loaded one on the driver's seat and went to our accommodations.

They washed my car in the dusty Santorini and returned it to me. The shop was conveniently located just to the right of the airport exit. Since I arrived 45 minutes early, they told me to kill time by having a coffee nearby. The car was returned with a full tank.

We rented a Mazda with basic insurance for three days in September 2025.
The office was easy to find. At Thessaloniki Airport, just keep left after exiting baggage claim. The agent was friendly and the process was quick. We checked in online before arriving. The rental agreement was sent by email, and then we were taken outside by shuttle to the parking lot in about three minutes. There, we received the keys to the car. It had few kilometers (approx. 13,000) and drove well. There were some minor damages.
No problems arose during the rental period.
The return was also quick and straightforward. They didn't try to sell us additional insurance or attach any damages to us. Nevertheless, it seemed a bit odd to us that we didn't have to sign the rental agreement or the handover documents.

I enjoyed the rental experience. The car was delivered quickly, and the paperwork took about 10 minutes. All rental documents were sent via email. The car itself was excellent: clean, neat, and fairly new, with no technical issues. We drove from Athens to Ostrovo and back, seeing a lot. Dropping the car off was also hassle-free: they inspected the inside and outside, and checked the fuel level (the tank should be full), all in just a few minutes. We were left with nothing but pleasant memories.

I paid a 290 euro deposit by credit card. On the last day, I was hit with bird droppings, which cost me 40 euros for a car wash. They said they'd only refund 250 euros, but I'm really hoping the cancellation process goes smoothly and I get my money back.

The car rental company provided a vehicle of the same type with a more spacious trunk than the original one, which was exactly what I needed. The rental company also explained the overall situation clearly. Although I did not pay the higher deductible as an option they provided, their attitude was very good and they did not show any negative reaction.
