#Service Attitude# The staff communicated clearly in English. Although there were only two staff members on duty at the time, and two groups of customers came to pick up their cars at the same time, the wait was not too long. Everyone was able to drive away in about 10 minutes. This is the second time I have booked a self-drive tour through Ctrip at Manrong.
