Overall, it's pretty good. Picking up the car is quick and returning it is quite convenient. One thing to note is that the recommended fee when picking up the car is excessive, and when returning the car, the navigation address is often wrong and goes to the upper floor of the return address (where you take the shuttle bus to the terminal).

Picking up and returning the car was fairly convenient. The cars we were given weren't pre-selected; we could choose any car within an area. However, there was no phone holder, so remember to bring your own. Another tip: their left rearview mirrors are flat mirrors, so you might need some time to get used to them, or bring a small tool. Make sure to keep records of your car pick-up and return. We were charged extra for returning the car with only 64% tank, but we got a refund after communicating with them. Overall, the experience was okay; they didn't try to sell us insurance or anything like that, and they also offered airport pick-up and drop-off.
