Overall, a very good experience, with very pleasant, professional, and friendly service. Returning the vehicle went perfectly, thanks in particular to a very friendly, kind, and welcoming woman who greeted us warmly. The only negative point concerned the security deposit: there was a discrepancy between the information on Trip.com and that of the rental agency. The agency was asking for an additional €200 security deposit compared to the amount quoted on Trip.com, which caused us some difficulty. We ultimately paid the amount indicated on Trip.com. It would therefore be advisable for the information to be standardized between Trip.com and the agency to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Aside from this point, we are very satisfied with the service and the welcome.

I rented a car from Avis for four days and had a very positive experience overall. Although I initially booked a VW Taigo, upon arrival at the office I was offered a Fiat 600 instead. The car was practically brand new, with only around 600 km on the clock, and it was very clean and comfortable. The pickup process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and no unnecessary delays. Returning the car was just as simple, the staff quickly checked the vehicle and mileage, I signed a document, and everything was completed in just a few minutes. This was my first time renting from Avis, but based on this experience, I would definitely choose them again in the future.

You pick up the car in a place different from the place of picking up the key, and you pick up the key in a place different from the place where you do the paper work. I spent more than 1 hour till I finally found the car. However, the lady that prepared the papers was nice and addressed all my questions. Also, I ended up buying their insurance also because they do not recognize the insurance I bought online.
