The car was in excellent condition; it only had about 40,000 kilometers on it when we picked it up. The accelerator and brake pedals felt great, and the interior was brand new – the newest car we've ever rented. The Agtran driver was also very helpful. Our flight was delayed, so we were an hour and a half late picking up the car, but he waited for us the whole time, which was incredibly touching. He responded to any inquiries we made via WeChat. Returning the car was also smooth; he checked it over and said it was okay as long as there were no problems. The whole process was very comfortable and smooth. We had a great experience with Agtran and would definitely choose them again for our future self-drive trips in Southeast Asia. By the way, I recommend asking the driver about the location of the fuel filler cap button when you pick up the car. We searched for quite a while before finding it; it's quite different from the ones in China.

The service was perfect. The staff who picked me up patiently helped me buy a SIM card, taught me navigation, and explained important information. A perfect experience! We picked up the car at Terminal 1. The Indian driver had added us on WeChat beforehand for easy communication, and he was already waiting when we came out. We showed him our translated international driver's license, paid the rental fee, and he took a quick video of the exterior before we drove off. We returned the car at Terminal 2. We arranged the time in advance, and he was waiting there. He briefly checked if the car was in good condition and we left. There were none of the difficulties others had mentioned. Overall, it was very convenient and I was very satisfied! I'll definitely use this company again next time.

I arrived at 10:30 PM. Worried about flight delays, I contacted the company beforehand via WhatsApp, but my worries were unnecessary. The driver assured me he would wait, sent me detailed directions after landing, and arrived on time to pick us up and take us to the nearby parking lot for document upload and vehicle inspection. I chose to return the car at the train station, and the driver sent me a photo of the pick-up location, which I picked up quickly. I was a little worried after reading other people's reviews, but this rental experience was excellent. I'm unsure if there were any fines or violations incurred later, so I can't provide feedback on that.
