Renault Austral

The car's interior was cleaned, but there were water stains on the outside. The exterior cleaning was less than expected, but it did not affect its use, and the car's performance was good. The pick-up and return process was smooth, and the staff were friendly.

I would like to give special praise to Ghali for his excellent customer service. Although there had been no previous explanation or communication regarding the cleaning charge on my rental, Ghali was extremely patient and took the time to listen carefully to what I had to say. He treated me with respect, understood the situation, and trusted my explanation. His professional, fair and helpful attitude made a real difference to my experience. I really appreciate the way he handled the situation and would like to thank both Ghali and the company for the excellent service. Ghali is definitely a credit to the company and deserves recognition. Highly recommended!

Everything was calm, but the car had a dent in one of the doors. I notified the team and everything was fine. But since I wasn't registered, I was a little worried.

SEAT Arona

We made a last‑minute booking for the vehicle and were able to secure an SUV. The staff cleaned it thoroughly before we departed, and the front desk team was very helpful throughout the process. If you plan to drive in Europe across different countries/islands, ensure to pay the select the countries/islands you plan to go and check the guidelines. Overall, the customer service was excellent.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but they were very kind, and even though my car wasn't there, I waited a bit and received a better one 😀
