Overall, the experience was fine. I booked a standard room, which resembles a typical 3-star hotel room, though I believe they offer premium rooms as well. The efficiency of the reception staff varied; some were not up to the mark. For instance, when I asked one receptionist about taking a bus to Istanbul Airport, he responded with, “I have no idea.” It’s surprising that a receptionist wouldn’t know about airport transportation. However, another receptionist this morning was excellent and helped resolve my query effortlessly.(Check out time 13:00, 18.11.2024

Amazing hotel and beautiful hotel. They are quite friendly and professional. The hotel is classic, beautiful indoors and outdoor pool, the ambiance is giving . Beautiful restaurant, and reception. Everything about the hotel is beautiful. Buffet breakfast very nice. I highly recommend it. The hotel is 50 minute's to Galata which is the most central area in Istanbul.Taxi charge about 550 to 600TL to Galata. They helped me decorate the room for my wife’s birthday. Though the charge was much.

Initially, I had to cancel my first booking due to schedule changes. Despite the rooms being non-refundable, the hotel reservation team went above and beyond to assist in rebooking and refunding the total amount. Their helpfulness and kindness were greatly appreciated, and I'd also like to commend the trip.com team for their exceptional support. Our suites were wonderfully comfortable, featuring a balcony and a spa bath, which added to the luxurious experience. We were delighted by the daily chocolates and macaroons that were provided. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to each day. As we checked out early, ahead of the Breakfast restaurant opening, they gabe us a small Snack pack- lovely thought! The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, enhancing our stay with their warm hospitality. They also have a good functional gym, however no pool. One suggestion for improvement would be to have some balcony furniture available, even if it's kept inside the suite. Additionally, having bath salts for the spa bath would be a lovely touch for suites, and for safety reasons, handrails are needed for the spa. Overall, our stay at the Nippon Hotel was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend it to others. ---Ernst New Zealand

Great hotel! We stays for 2 nights, the room was clean and stylish just like in photos. Our view was beautiful. They have floor heating, it was cozy and warm, I would say too warm that’s why we had an air conditioning on most of the time. The sheets and towels smelled so nice, they seem to have nice detergent. The have elevators so we weren’t tired of carrying our luggage. The receptionist was friendly and nice enough to call a taxi. The location is about 5 minutes walking from Taxim square. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Wi-Fi works fine, however on the day of our check out if stopped too early, around 8a.m.

A more than wonderful hotel. I wish I had known it before. When we arrived, the employee, Mr. Cüneyit, was at the reception. He was extremely polite, cooperative, and had a smiling face. He completed the check-in process for us perfectly. And the rest of the employees were at the service of other guests at the same time. At the moment, everyone was doing their best work. The suite was clean and not worn out, and the view was very beautiful and overlooked Istanbul Mall. The suite was on the 31st floor, but I did not feel a problem waiting for the elevator, as there were many elevators. At first I booked for two days, then I extended the reservation. I made the decision to book this hotel every time I visited Istanbul, as I found comfort there. Thanks to God first, then thanks to everyone in the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in a row, and throughout my stay, the service of the reception staff was extremely cooperative and respectful. Unfortunately, I did not recognize their names, but from here I thank them all... Yes, this is the first time I have stayed at Rotana, but it will definitely not be the last, God willing.

Stayed 1N. No sheltered access from the airport (its in a different building) so i was shocked that i was to walk in the rain to reach. Room was bare minimum, quite soundproof, bathroom spacious but the shower was so weird. Theres this lower tap (washing your feet maybe??) that just cant be switched off if you want the water to be running so the whole water pressure and volume is just not satisfactory. No toothbrush or slipper in room (I specifically asked the reception while checking in and she said it is). If they place you on level 4 try to ask for a different room, its not accessible by the main lift you'll need to take to level 2, walk a while and take a different lift. Bed was alright, I slept fine.
