This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

It's a good airport hotel. However, there are several elevator buttons that are not working. It seems that the maintenance of the facility is not perfect. There are the same buttons on both sides, so I could using it.

The staff are super nice. The location is so convenient for travellers.. its about 35 drive to Lugano. There are free shuttle to airport but you need to check the time in advance. We have ordered seafood pasta from the hotel restaurant . Its super delicious.

Loved that this Hotel is close to Duomo Cathedral. Underground and above the ground train stations are just a few meters away from the hotel entrance. So many restaurants near the vicinity. Their buffet breakfast has lots of choices and they make your coffee as per request cappuccino, americano, espresso… request away! Spumante available for breakfast too! Want to check bars in the area? They have one at the rooftop! The Roof has an amazing view, sounds, and choices of drinks! Will definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit to Milan!

This is my second time at Hotel Tocq, there’s no better recommendation than that. The location is great, near Garibaldi station so not far from the central station either but in a much nicer and safer area. Well connected with metro, tram and suburban train. Walking distance to a lot of nice areas. The breakfast buffet is rich, it has a lot of savoury and sweet options and also caters to vegans and lactose intolerant. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. I would only improve on some things included in the room: -the slippers (there’s always one pair instead of two, but they will give you the other if requested); -there’s no where to put the soap so maybe a hand soap dispenser would be better than the bar soap; - for lingerie stays it could be useful to have somewhere to store the clothes, am armoire or some drawers.

Booked for one night before an early flight home. Normally stay in the other Mercure in city centre but had a hire car this time. Hotel right beside main A4 motorway in an industrial area so you need a car. Room was very hot so we asked reception to turn the heating off as we couldn’t control it from inside the room. Couldn’t keep window open as it was too noisy and below our window was an outside area where other guest were smoking. Hotel fine for overnight before flight but if I were a tourist visiting the gorgeous city of Bergamo I would stay in the city centre.
