The hotel was clean and service was great. Location was good and close to the shops which made our trip easier. They also offer airport transportation service.

Excellent hotel for a couple of nights. Reception service was a bit slow, and we only ever saw one person, but everything was perfect.

Location was great, opposite of Milano centrale with just a few mins walk. Metro to duomo and shopping area easily accessible and convenient as it is on the same line. 

The hotel is directly opposite to the airport shuttle bus. It was very convenient. The entrance looks quite dated, but once we get upstairs to the hotel, it’s clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A nice surprise! An excellently managed hotel near the train station. The metro is less than 100m. We got upgraded to a better room. Super helpful and friendly staff .. Will stay there again or in the different cities.

Stayed with my son for one night and really liked the service—everything was quick and efficient. The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The girls at the reception were very pleasant. There was no kettle in the room, but they brought one after we called. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom and toilet. It was a bit dark, but not a big issue. For the price, I think it's a great option in Milan.

Hotel położony blisko stacji kolejowej, co umożliwia bardzo szybkie przedostanie się do centrum Mediolanu mimo odległości. Co do samego hotelu w pokojach brak czajników i herbaty/kawy. Brak butelki z wodą. Tylko jedne kapcie na dwie osoby, dodatkowo również brak szlafroków. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne i średnio urozmaicone, co więcej brakowało tak podstawowej rzeczy jak ekspres do kawy. Woda w basenie zimna, do tego dwie sauny - z czego jedna klasyczna i ciepła z widokiem na miasto. Pokój czysty, a łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja działała świetnie. Brak smartTV. Wydaje mi się jednak, że podczas pobytu na basenie ktoś chodził po moim pokoju mimo zawieszki informajacej aby nie przeszkadzać, gdyż po powrocie oraz po wsadzeniu karty drzwi przesunęły się samoczynnie bez dotykania klamki, a zawieszka leżała na podłodze wewnątrz pokoju.

Really lovely hotel - staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were spacious. There is a great turn down service. You also get complementary access to their small spa (it has a sauna, ice shower and bath). The only thing I would change is the $45pp for breakfast - we didn't try this because of the price. You could get snacks and drinks on the rooftop though - which was really cool!

Hotel is located next to Lima metro station and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station. Room size is good and the decoration is modern, except the air conditioning is not cold enough. We adjusted it to the lowest temperature and was still not cold enough. We had to open the window for a few hours before we went to bed. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive. I had to thank Manuel who arranged us to go in the restaurant 15 minutes before it opened as we had to leave for the airport early. Everything went through smoothly. I enjoyed the stay very much at NH Milano Buenos Aires.

That was so amazing experience in hotel even though I only stayed for 1 night. Everything is wonderful, the facilities and hotel staffs showed higher than my expected. Thanks trip.com for quick responding and supporting me alot during that time
