Overall it's pretty good. The location of this hotel has good views of the lagoon and ocean. It is also pretty close to a mall and supermarket.
The executive queen room is big, but there are awkward empty spaces around the corners.
Service was nice and accommodative.
All choices of places to stay are comfortable and safe because they are close to an international hospital then it only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to many attractions in the city center area and moreover you can get a movie voucher at CGV Transmart Manado
The hotel just beside shopping centre very convenient for whose who want to shop. The staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is just located beside seaside for whose who want to relax and do nothing. The room is spacious and clean.
I recently stayed at Aryaduta Manado and had an overall pleasant experience. The best part of the stay was definitely the room with a seaview—waking up to the stunning view of the ocean and the Manado Tua Island was simply breathtaking. However, I found that the room was a bit old and could benefit from some updates, particularly in the furniture and decor. The breakfast at Aryaduta Manado was fantastic, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh, and it was a great way to start the day. Another plus is the hotel's location, as it is near many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a welcome drink upon arrival, which made me feel instantly relaxed and welcomed. The hotel has a pool, but unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try it out during my stay. In summary, Aryaduta Manado offers a great seaview and an amazing breakfast, though the rooms could use some refurbishment. The location is ideal for those looking to explore the city.
We booked this spot with points to be close to the airport.
The pool provided a nice place to chill out for the afternoon, complete with a bar and decent coffee, plus a restaurant with good food. We had a lovely salad and some delicious Indonesian dishes. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is not convenient for walking to nearby stores and restaurants but it is possible.
The reason for the low cleanliness rating:
The room itself had not been cleaned well and we felt disgusted from the moment we walked in. There were dirty surfaces (counter, nightstand) and a very smelly bathroom (like urine). We asked the shower to be cleaned again and the staff nicely and promptly complied. They also were also very helpful when we needed to buy some medicine. However, the room was just inexcusably filthy. I hope this improves because otherwise was not a bad spot!
I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.
Staff at the front desk, at breakfast and roomservice are very helpful and kind.
They're very thrifty on giving towels though.
Only 1 big towel per person, so 2 big towels per room. While there is no shower curtain in the bathroom water goes all over the place so the floor gets wet.
No small towel to put on the floor. When asked for more towels they would give you only 1 small towel. Asking for 2 towels seems to be a problem.
Overall maintenance is really necessary in bathrooms even some beds.
However, again, very nice hotel, breakfast is good. Across the hotel there is a supermarket and 2 restaurants.
Check in time is 14:00, I arrived at 17:00 the room was not ready. At 18:00 1 room was ready and the other room was ready at 19:00.
There was no small towel for the face in the bathroom.
On the first day of check-in, we didn't get slippers and towels. We brought our own slippers and towels because we were diving, so we didn't care about it on the first day. On the second day, there were still no towels, so we called the front desk to explain the situation, but they said there were towels in our room. After some discussion, they finally delivered towels. The most outrageous thing was that when we checked out, they said there were four towels in our room, but they only delivered two from beginning to end. The experience was very bad. I hope they can improve their service awareness.

AAnonymous UserMaybe the restaurant staff should be more alert, because when we want to order food, we have to look for the staff to ask for the menu,
The others are good

JJuandyJunThis hotel is located in the center of Manado city, making it more flexible for me and my friends to prepare activities to reach top places or destinations around the center of Manado city. We can enjoy culinary delights and shopping.
