I wish I could have had more time to spend there. The costumer service at the breakfast which is lovely and plenty of food choices they even go an extra mile to give you a good experience. Reception team they are just attentive and awesome the maintenance team the same and the cleaning team all as above. So I do recommend the hotel and I canāt wait to be back in December for another 5 nights. š
The overall hotel environment is clean, the front desk service is also very satisfactory, the breakfast category is also very rich, the taste is also very delicious, the transportation is very convenient, the room facilities are complete, the price is not bad.
The hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad.
The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel is well clean, organized and has a very good location inside the shopping area CatuaĆÆ. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and have good benefits, with smart TV with Netflix and youtube. Breakfast is good, but leaves a little to desire compared to other hotels in the city
Do NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -ļ¼ avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).
Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed.
Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience.
Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.
Nice environment, king-size bed room, very large room, very clean. Good choice near the airport. Very affordable, I booked 2 nights in a row, only 340, and the third day was only 247, very affordable. Close to the airport, there is a shopping mall next to it, but taxis are very expensive. The hotel helped to call a taxi in the morning, less than 50 reais for 3 kilometers. When I came back from the airport in the evening, the taxi was 33.3 reais with meter. Very expensive.
Quiet, beyond expectation
This is a manor, you can walk in the woods, feel the chirping of insects and birds, and there may be wild animals. The location is very good, and the bird park waterfall is nearby.
In the evening, I searched and experienced a local barbecue restaurant. It was about 20km to drive to the county. The streets were clean. I wanted to stay here.
Today, I followed the guide to learn about Iguazu Falls and took a helicopter. Amazing day

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is good but quite old, the bathrooms are a part case, they need to modernize, and the room lighting could be better thought.

MMihoutaodezhurenVery satisfied hotel, located in the batal district.
Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.
Very recommended hotel
YYundingdaojianghuThis trip to South America, especially satisfied with 2 nights stay, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is very good, breakfast is OK, booking early, the price is cheap, and there is a 120 bus terminal to Iguazu Falls near the hotel, one-way 5 reais bus ticket, You can swing all the way to the Iguazu Falls on the Brazilian side to make soy sauce, not bad.
GGuest UserThis hotel has a good location and a friendly staff. But it is dilapidated and need of a remodel badly. The rooms are old and the furniture is breaking down. The windows allow mosquitoes to come in the room from the outside. I killed at least twenty with my own hands. I literally sprayed the room and myself with mosquito repellant before I went to sleep. The worst is that I ordered room service and had breakfast at the hotel and immediately got Traveler's Diarrhea. After 7 days I flew home and was treated with antibiotics. I'm still recovering and needless to say it ruined my very expensive vacation. I don't know whether there is a health department or a similar institution there but the hotel should be shut down and all systems need to be revamped before anyone else gets sick!

GGuest UserI had a really nice 3 night stay at the Mirante hotel, wish I'd stayed another night or two. I chose it for it's very handy location for the local bus station (the public transport was very easy to use to get to the IguaƧu Falls, airport and Itaipu dam), I hadn't actually realised what a nice hotel it was. Even a towel animal sculpture on the bed from Juliana the maid! Rooftop pool was lovely, everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was a fantastic buffet. There was also a games room (pool table, table tennis etc) though I didn't use it myself.
The only very slight downside was no filtered water for drinking, other than at breakfast, but not a big problem.
MMikhail GraboI had the pleasure of staying at Johnscher Hotel, and it was a delightful experience . The staff were welcoming and attentive
Receptionist Nicole made my stay at Rochester Hotel a memorable experience. Her dedication to providing outstanding service is a testament to her hard work and passion for her role. The room and bathroom were big and clean
I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced,($7 buffet lunch) with high quality of food and with a good service
The hotel's location was perfect, .Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for Central ,convenient location in Curitiba
CChristopherA nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.
GGuest UserOur stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou
