The hotel is not far from the South Railway Station, which is convenient for people who want to take a train to other cities in Uzbekistan. The hotel is also very clean. The hotel is superb with good service, nice room with good view, the staffs are very professional and considerable, willing to help a lot. Location is good with public transportation and shopping mall around, very convenient. Good experience to explore Izimia!

We had a pleasant stay at piano hotel but some service issues made our stay unpleasant. The room was clean and neat. It is a bit small for two people but big enough for 1 night. The hotel has free parking for hotel guests but we were called twice in the morning to move the car (the first time we were still sleeping as we had arrived late and we were tired). Breakfast was good with enough options. You can only order other drinks such as cappuccino after 12 am. According to trip.com checkout is between 12:00 and 12:30. We felt rushed to check out at 12:10 as the man at the front desk didn’t confirm checkout time. So it is 12 and not 12:30. There was also another very rude guest rushing us to move our car, again! Overall it’s value for money but not a relaxing hotel with good service bust miscommunication.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach. It's nice to get up early and take a walk on the beach in the evening, but the room is a bit small.

Location was excellent. Reception area staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and drinks at bar was good. However room service & cleaning people are not so good. It seems that they don’t vacuum the carpet throughly. And didn’t clean my t-shirt which I gave for laundry with other clothes. Since I was in a hurry I didn’t check that well and paid for it. Otherwise good value for money & excellent service.

I stayed there in January, which is not the tourist season, so maybe they were on vacation mode, but there was often no one at the front desk, and the only staff there could not speak English. The owner is a friendly person who can speak English, but I did not see him except when I happened to meet him at check-in. The room was very clean, but although there was an electric kettle, there were no cups, and the service was not substantial. It was cheap and there was no problem if you were just staying there, but it was unreliable when you wanted to ask or request something from the hotel.

OVERALL: Hotel is located at the heart of Selcuk town center. It looks like a shop (there is an area in the lobby that displays gemstones that look like it's for sale), they also have a 24 hr reception. Check in is very speedy, I arrived late but there are no issues. On weekends, the market is right outside of the hotel so can get really busy. AMENITIES: They have a cool looking antique elevator (but it works perfectly), so suitable for travellers with huge suitcases. Staff escorted me to my room and helped with the luggage. The room is nothing fancy, but does what it needs to. Floor feels a bit dusty but the room is well ventilated. It also has a minifridge and air-conditioning which is a plus. As for amenities, they only have a water boiler, and two glasses, body wash and soap are the only things provided in the bathroom. LOCATION: It's an easy 5-6mins walk from Selcuk Train Station, located among many restaurant, and within 10 mins to the Basilica of St. John / Ephesus Archaeological Museum/ Temple of Apollo. You can also walk 10 mins to Ephesus Minibus that drops you at the ancient city's lower entrance, but it's also possible to walk there. They also can keep you luggage after check out for pick up later. I don't think they do daily housekeeping but it might just be that they didn't clean my room the night I stayed. There was no card to put at the door to let them know if you want / don't want any cleaning.

The price/performance ratio is average, but I chose this hotel for a business trip because of its location; the hygiene and environment are OK.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.

It is very nice to have the thermal and swimming pool in the same hotel. The card does not work at the first entrance (10th floor). It was interesting that the card was not activated against any intervention at the parking lot entrance. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom not working. The pool and thermal areas were very nice.

This hotel should be my best hotel lived in the Turkey trip. And staff and receptions are very helpful. Also they helped to upgrade my room where I can have a good view of sea. And some notes in the room to rate their service. Unfortunately I didn't have time to do. The dinner in the hotel was very nice, strongly recommend.

The rooms were clean and large. Very nice to go with the family. Bi hotel is very careful about hygiene and cleanliness, food is very delicious, only in the winter season, garden rooms can be a little cool.

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. It takes at least ten minutes to walk from the front desk to the room. There are only a few elevators... I don’t even bother to go downstairs. There are too many people... It is noisy at night. It's going crazy, the only lucky hotel has a small hot spring (sulfur) which is not bad. In general...you can book a room if you want to come, the basic room type is not recommended...you can come if you like sea water

They are driving those who want to enter the sea to the convened beach. Or you have to go to another beach with your own possibility. The black-viewed rooms look on the road are not stopped by noise when the window is open. The pool-viewed rooms should be preferred. The foods are so diverse and tasty. We informed the staff in advance and hoped to have a simple breakfast before departure （the regular breakfast time was from 9 am）. We received a friendly and efficient response. On that day, a kind lady prepared breakfast for us, waking up early specifically for our needs. We were very grateful for that. The warm farewell made us feel a sense of warmth, and we would be happy to visit Alacarte again and stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a bit north, a little bit off. The room is very large and the decoration style is very simple. The color is also very Nordic. On the cliffs by the sea, there is an elevator to go down to the beach, there are beach chairs on the dam on the beach, there are beach lounge chairs under the cliffs, and there is also a swimming pool in the yard. There is a SPA on the first floor, the technicians are all from Thailand, and they get off work very early.

Balkondaki sandalyelerin ve masanın üzeri inanılmaz pisti balkona çıkmadık o yüzden. salondaki koltukta aynı şekilde lekeliydi ve temiz olduğunu düşünmüyorum ilk gün sıcak su yoktu ve şampuan duş jeli gibi ürünler eksikti ama ilettigimizde yardımcı oldular ***et sakin hoş bir yer fiyat performans ve konum olarak oldukça iyi diyebiliriz.

The hotel has sandy beaches, but the beaches and seawater are average. The swimming pool is good. More than 80% of the hotel's guests are seniors. Staying in the hotel for two nights seems to be living in a nursing home! The bathroom in the guest room was smelly, and the spray head was not easy to use. I called the front desk for two toothbrushes and didn't deliver it until I checked out. There are many buffets, but too few are suitable for Chinese stomachs.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and stylishly decorated. The location is opposite the castle, and there are many places to eat around. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Selcuk bus, which is very convenient. After we visited Ephesus, we walked 3 kilometers back to the hotel. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the temple ruins.

We were pleasantly surprised at our find in Selcuk! Arda and Muharrem immediately made us feel at home with their excellent service and recommendations. The property is very well kept, clean and had everything we needed and more. We are so grateful for the round the clock cake and drinks, especially one morning we had to leave early. Good hotel with vinery

I like this hotel very much. The feeling of staying, the location and the service are all very good. The hotel is very close to Ephesus, and it takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel is an exquisite B&B with an independent garden. The small garden, swimming pool and rooms are very unique. The facilities are complete, hygienic and adequate. The room has a small balcony, which is just right for luggage. The service was very good, very welcoming, no issues whatsoever. Self-driving friends should pay attention to parking. The hotel does not seem to have a parking lot. I parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. The boss said that there is surveillance and monitoring, so it is no problem (I think there is definitely no illegal parking here). Of course, you can ask the boss to help you find a solution after arriving at the hotel. There is a large local restaurant just ten minutes' walk away. It's delicious and not expensive. It's very convenient.

Breakfast is a local Turkish breakfast and the Chinese may not be used to it. The picture shows a large flat with 50 floor-to-ceiling windows. The landscape is a panoramic town under the mountain. The hotel that made me feel the best, a home away from home, excellent location, 3 km from the scenic area, good facilities, good breakfast, convenient surroundings and very good dining restaurants. The warm and beautiful owner offered to personally give us a free tour of the Temple of Artemis and took us to the entrance to the ruins of Ephesus Mountain.
