This is the third time we've stayed here and we always like it because it feel’s like Home when we arrive. The direct Connection to the Mall is very convenient. There is a Macrocenter (Supermarket) on the first floor and many small nice restaurants / bakeries / specialties where you can eat delicious food such as at Lime Alaçati.

Swissôtel Izmir boasts an elegant atmosphere with stunning sea views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring soft bedding and well-supported pillows that ensure a restful night’s sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, providing a მშვიდ and relaxing stay. The bathroom is clean and bright, with high-quality amenities. Staff are professional and friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Conveniently located, it is an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

This hotel is super convenient, right in front of the train station. The airport shuttle bus stop is also just around the corner. The facilities are new and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the doorknob on the first room I was assigned was broken and couldn't be locked, and it seemed like it had been left that way. It was resolved quickly when they moved me to a different room, so it's not a big deal. The photo is of the breakfast buffet.

It was a very nice and incredibly clean hotel. The service was perfect, the facilities were perfect, and the team/staff were very helpful. I'm really impressed by the cleanliness, which is something you rarely see in hotels. We felt incredibly comfortable. The location is also very central and easily accessible on foot. If we were to go again, it would definitely be Ontur.

The location is fantastic, the cleanliness is okay, the bedding is a bit rough, and there's a wardrobe for convenient storage. The only downside is that it's on a busy street, so there's constant traffic noise. If you prefer a quiet environment, this isn't the place for you.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service quality was outstanding from the moment I arrived until check-out. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The amenities were great and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

The hotel's location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the Clock Tower and Grand Bazaar. The room was small but very clean, and the breakfast, which included hot food, was a nice touch. It's located right on the street, so you can pull up directly to the entrance and a staff member will help with parking. However, there's a major downside: the street noise is very loud, and you can really feel the subway vibrations from below. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider this hotel.
