Very cozy and clean, excellent food, the room is very clean, the staff is polite, the house itself is very comfortable, the area in front of the house is a dream, I didn’t want to leave. This is a hotel for all seasons. I highly recommend it 👍

We stayed in other holiday sites in three-star hotels. I can say this is one of the best. The rooms were wide and pleasant, the air conditioning was smooth and smooth, the bathroom was very modern and clean. The bed was wide, but there was a balcony and clothing cord, and details such as the closet and mirror settings were very good. The varieties in the breakfast are almost the same everywhere so we had no big expectations, we were generally satisfied with hygiene and the tree area where the breakfast was made. The hotel staff were goodwill and rosary. If we fall back, we will surely prefer a facility.

Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening. But no fault of the staff as they tried very hard to make sure we could get into our room each time.

The hotel front desk was very helpful. Ruya was very nice. She helped me contact the travel agency and the hotel for my next trip and never gave me a cold shoulder the whole time. It was very hot on the day we checked in, but the hotel only turned on the heat. After I complained, they even turned on the air conditioner for me... I'll come again next time for this service

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.

The location is great, the room is big, and there is a big balcony. Parking is super difficult, there is no dedicated parking lot, and it is shared with a shopping mall and office building, and the parking lot is very small.

The view is good, but the details are not in place. The water temperature of the bathroom is a common problem, and some have no reading lights. Some have no trash cans, no waiters to carry luggage, etc., the price is still high, some are 2,000 to 3,000 a night, Radisson Hotel is cost-effective

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.
