A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

Excellent hotel in a relatively quiet street, yet near to many sightseeing attractions. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of items. Room was impeccably clean with various amenities and staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come here again!

I don't know about the negative comments here but my one night stay was perfect: Staff - very good service and accomodative. They offered tea and helped to bring our luggages to our room. The staff showed that water bottles were available in the mini fridge, as if he knew i was very thirsty 😁 Parking - right in front of the hotel, very convenient Room - upgraded from 2 single beds to one queen bed since the staff notice that both of us are married couple. Comfortable bed, no issue with the pillows i like it though not too spongy like what people have been commented here. Overally, worth the price.

DDadanThe facilities are simple. We stopped for a night on the way to Cappadocia. Parking is convenient. We arrived at 11pm and there was no hot water for showering. The next day, the boss was also nice. He let us have the hotel breakfast (breakfast was not included in the order) and said we didn't have to pay. In short, it was quiet and clean.

PPik kwanI give this hotel 90 points! very good! The location is excellent, it only takes 10 minutes by taxi from the long-distance bus terminal! There are many restaurants and shops on both sides! Very convenient! Go right for 8 minutes and you will reach the beautiful Kukatpi Mosque Kocatepe Camil! The hotel facilities are very new and clean, the lobby waiters are polite and will help with luggage, and the front desk staff, although they don't understand English very well, also tried their best to help us with our needs! There are many options for breakfast too! I live in a room on the first floor, facing the street! A total of 3 nights, every morning and evening was very quiet! So we were well rested! We are very satisfied with this hotel. If I come back from other cities, I will definitely choose to stay here again! Great value for money thanks to the hotel staff! FfatihsThe room was clean, but there were some dirty stains on the sink. It's a 15-minute walk to Kızılay. Because the air conditioning wasn't working, we got very hot, and they said they'd take care of it, but they didn't. It was nice to have platforms like Netflix and YouTube on the TV, and there was also a refrigerator and freezer.

ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink. About negatives: 1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not. 2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea) 3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment) I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

MMmmaryThis hotel is really perfect, no matter the price, service and environment, I don't know why there are bad reviews. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel staff melih was very polite, we asked them for car service, they quickly completed it for us, we asked them for Ankara tourism information, they even printed out the information for us, it was really great! Although the room is a bit small, it has complete facilities, and most importantly, the room is new and clean, and feels comfortable! This price is impeccable😻

HHazmanWe were great by a gentlemen staff at the reception upon arrival on 13th February 2025. First impression for this hotel was good. We keep our luggage first due to our room not yet ready, we understand that check in time at 2.00pm onwards. We go out and walks to the Ankara Kaseli and Hacii Bayram Mosque and few more mosque around the city. Hotel location is good and walking distance to the city area, Metro/Train station and few restaurant nearby hotel. The hotel and rooms itself very nice and clean. We booked a Grand Suite room for 4 persons (2 bedrooms suite). The room is spacious and very clean. We had our breakfast at 6th floor with a good view while having our breakfast, and the breakfast was good. We are enjoyed our stay at this hotel and recommended for you to booked, and worth for the price you paid for. Thank you Golaz Suit Otel and team.
