The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city, easy to travel. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is clean. The staff provides good service. However, this place may not be suitable for people who are allergic to mosquitoes. There are quite a few mosquitoes in the room because the hotel has a fish tank without fish, which allows mosquitoes to lay eggs. The room is not soundproof. You can hear people talking from outside.
Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away.
Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom.
Concierge and reception friendly and efficient.
Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.
The hotel has a beautiful green area and a large pool. Unfortunately, it is a bit outside of the city center. The selection at the breakfast buffet is unfortunately not very large, or rather, there is the same food every day. The rooms are unfortunately a bit older, or rather, the furnishings leave something to be desired. Furthermore, the air conditioning is very loud and some cannot be adjusted properly, or rather, there is no temperature difference no matter how you try to adjust it, it is just cold, so that everything in the room becomes damp. It's a shame about such a beautiful facility...
The hotel is located close to the center, within easy access to everything (airport is only 15mins by car and bus station just 5 mins away). Rooms are very large with an outdoor balcony which is really nice. No tea/coffee facilities within the room and one needs to go down to reception for a free cup of tea or coffee, not great if you are hoping to take it slow in the morning!
1. The room is very beautiful, as advertised. The atmosphere looks different from other hotels.
2. The surrounding area of the hotel is decorated in a unique style. I like it. It looks retro.
3. Breakfast has a few options, both savory and sweet.
4. The hotel's location may be a little out of the city center.
Stayed a night at this hotel on 16/7/24
Overall for the price with bfast was reasonable.
It a very old hotel, but upkeep is still ok
Only complain 👉🏿 The wood panel cover for the switches between the twin bed cannot close and i got hurt by it.
Will the manager in charge kindly take note of it.
Breakfast. Spread is ok
The room is big and new. The bathroom is spacious with shower, bathtub, and 2 sinks. There is a working area in the room and a seat by the window. The room is spacious and has complete facilities. There is room service where you can order food. The food tastes good. The parking lot is spacious. The breakfast is ok.
The hotel is near Wat Nang Phaya, Phra Buddha Chinnarat. Easy to travel in and out, there is enough parking, the staff is good and smiling. Checking in is not difficult. The room is clean, spacious, the furniture is quite new, there are many bright lights in the room, the wardrobe is large, there is a light in the cabinet, the air conditioner is cold, the room does not smell musty, the bathroom is clean with very few stains, the water pressure is good, the heat is good. Breakfast is provided, which is rice porridge and American breakfast.
This large 8-storey hotel is located in the south of Phitsanulok city, towards Phitsanulok Airport. Although it is far from historical tourist attractions such as Wat Yai and Chang Palace and the downtown area, and has difficulty in public transportation access by train and bus, it is located close to Phitsanulok Airport and Cha Tawee Museum, and it is good that you can enjoy the atmosphere of Phitsanulok's old town. The common space inside the hotel is excellently designed, with magnificent decorations on the walls and pillars on the lobby floor, and the gently curving corridors on the guest floors are a rare structure. The guest rooms are coordinated with modern living room-style designs and furniture, and are impeccable in both quality and comfort. The bathrooms are equipped with large bathtubs as standard, and a high-pressure gas hot water system is used, which is a major advantage not found in recent hotels. As a hotel in Phitsanulok, a hot hotel area, the high-quality rooms and service are one class above the rest.
The room is clean, location ia convinient, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is quite limited, however, food are delicious and clean. We stayed in the Japanese stlye room, beds are very comfortable.

GGuest Userthe bed was massive and it was brilliant , it wasn’t loud and the room was very tidy . The people were also really friendly and overall this hotel was very good , the food was also delicious in the canteen area !!
GGuest UserThe reception staff provided poor service. There was only one check-in officer. The room arrangement did not match what was requested. Went down to notify and had to wait to check in again. When reporting the problem, they were told the room was correct and had to ask again and advised to go look at the room. The employee cursed. ”Who organized the room?” There was no apology. In conclusion, the problem lies with the reception staff, who do not have service mind. As for the accommodation, it is good, clean, and the housekeeping is good.
도도나텔Although it is a bit far from the city center, there are large supermarkets such as Big C nearby, so it is convenient. There is also a 7-11 across the street. In particular, the bus terminal is very close.
