Very good location Very quiet but relatively old. No deserted customers Big problem for a hotel of this standing, no restaurant except for breakfast, no bar or room service Price not justified compared to other hotels in Phitsanulok. We have done several Will not come back because it was for our wedding nights. Very disappointed!

This hotel has a distinct Thai charm with interesting historical touches. While it's located a bit outside the city center, it's still conveniently close to many delicious restaurants. It’s perfect for a truly relaxing getaway. The bed was unbelievably comfortable – I slept like a baby! 😴😴😴 All the staff provided excellent and attentive service. If I get the chance, I'd absolutely love to go back and just relax and unwind there again.

Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away. Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom. Concierge and reception friendly and efficient. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.

Stayed a night at this hotel on 16/7/24 Overall for the price with bfast was reasonable. It a very old hotel, but upkeep is still ok Only complain 👉🏿 The wood panel cover for the switches between the twin bed cannot close and i got hurt by it. Will the manager in charge kindly take note of it. Breakfast. Spread is ok

Great location. The property is new and clean, and the room is spacious. It offers good value for money. However, the check-out process took too long, as they spent 15 minutes inspecting the room.

The breakfast is served from 7:00am until 12:00pm which is very nice and location is near the Bus terminal 1 where is very convenient to take the bus to continue the next trip. The room is big and clean and the bed is very big, but the wooden door is too old. And the shower is not too warm. If you need rent a motorcycle then there is the contact information in the reception.

The location may be far from the restaurant area. There is no view because it is in the city. But it's convenient to travel. The hotel has a parking lot, a fitness center, and very welcoming staff. Smile and give good advice. Delicious, fresh breakfast, very spacious room, everything new, soft bed, nice air conditioning, big screen smart TV, complete equipment, fragrant shampoo soap, clean, extremely comfortable to sleep. If you have the opportunity to come to Phitsanulok. Will choose to stay here again. I like it very much.

The Cp value is high. I stayed in the second phase last time and the first phase this time. The difference is that both are worth staying in. There is also airport shuttle service.
