Central location near Leuven Train Station (2 min walk). 20 min train ride to ,Brussels, direct connection to all major city. Spotlessly clean renovated room, very quiet. Air-conditioner can be individually reulated. Basic but delicious breakfast with everything you need for a good day start. Quick check in and out process. Soap, shampoo and shower gel are included. Hairdryer available at the reception for deposit which was a big plus. In conclusion a recommended stay, if it is not a problem for you that you get a small but funtional room for overnight. Best price/value ratio in Belgium.

The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean. Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much. As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.

Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels

The apartment is very good. It is wide, clean, new furniture. Good heating. It is a wonderful location 5 minutes from the cathedral. The best in quality price.

Well located. You can even catch the 272 bus from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. The room very clean and functional as well as comfortable and well ventilated, warm as well in January as snow fell outside. Very helpful staff. Breakfast wide range of choices, very good value.

Hotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is a little far from the city and not served by transport, but if you are driven it is very good. Clean and good service, I recommend

Hotel is located near the airport which makes it a good option for those who want to be able to quickly go to or go from the airport. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice looking.

I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area. The room was spacious and clean. No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day The hotel accepts only payment with card
