Forget the name Travel Lodge this felt well-polished. With ascetic of an art gallery. Didnt include breakfast in my booking but went (paid extra on arrival 250thai baht). Looked specifically for a gym when booking and had one, not the best (1 resistance machine, lat pull down, free weight and cardio machines) gym opened from 06:00-22:00. The Pool looked nice but I didn't get in. It and the gym are situated on the top of the building which makes for a great view.
Would stay again.

I had a wonderful experience with Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai. A very peaceful stay. Very clean room, plenty of amenities and a very nice place to stay over all. I had great food as well. I loved their spa and the massages I had were wonderful. The view from the roof was super cool, and the pool was nice. All hotel staff were kind and went out of their way to help me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable, Stay with Nimman!

Very nice clean and new hotel. Not a bad location there are restaurants and bars close by but a little expensive. Found that next door had a great restaurant and cheap drinks and ate there 3 times , good service and good food [ pic provide of premises] . Hotel roof bar and pool was good but the host was not very welcoming, and it was expensive to drink . As in other reviews the bath tube shower experience is deadly
What a very beautiful place to stay in nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. My only negatives would be that the rooms were a bit run down and smelt very damp considering the price we paid for the plunge pool room. Also the plunge pool room doesn’t have much privacy as you can see your neighbours either side and the room above is set back. Also burning season slightly spoilt our trip to Chiang Mai as the air pollution made me have “hay fever” for the entire stay and it got worse the longer we stayed.
Clean and great services, however; the location is a bit far from other places and the room cannot protect any noise. Therefore, I cannot sleep well for both nights.

Room is well maintained despite being an older hotel. Room is large and cleaning is done daily.
Breakfast is excellent. They have halal option as well. Chinese, western cuisine for breakfast. Enjoyed it and didn’t feel bored despite having breakfast for 3 days.
Hotel is located near 3 night bazaars, definitely a good location to stay. 7 eleven is opposite the hotel.
Everything was good, they also have private tuk tuk to the old city. Rooms are nice and clean.
The only thing that needs more attention is the internal bar/coffee, they don’t have much, not even a glass of wine, but they do have bottles of wine.
Another thing is the very cold water in the swimming pool, no one inside because of that, they have a jacuzzi also with cold water.
I do recommend this hotel to any family, maybe boring for young people.
Our family stayed here for 3 nights, room was clean and bathrooms was huge and very good and stable hot water. Breakfast buffet was very nice, especially the sticky rice and variety of dishes to match with. Hotel has a huge flower field (sunflowers and other) next to the cafe, serving drinks in the morning and outdoor bbq dining and drinks from the late afternoon. Very fun experience! Hotel also provide shuttle bus services to the city area for free, just need to book in advance. Most of the staffs are also friendly, especially the lady who work in the restaurant who patiently explain the specific Chinese new year buffet package. One downside is that it’s an Lanna style hotel to enjoy layback lifestyle or history building for IG photos. if you are looking for very modern building or swimming pools for sun bathing, you may need to find one within old town or other newer resort. Overall, it’s all the features highlighted on advertisements and very beautiful garden we didn’t expect, will comeback again next time.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability.
While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel in general is quite recommendable.
The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar.
There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures.
The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
They have breakfast available in addition to the price .
We were left after check out.
EEddy TaipeiMy six-night stay at the Bella Nara Hotel in Chiang Mai was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I stepped into the elegantly designed lobby, I felt a sense of tranquility and warmth. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready with a genuine smile and helpful recommendations for exploring the city.
The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and Thai charm. The amenities were top-notch, and the daily housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to Chiang Mai's vibrant night markets, temples, and delicious street food.
The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, featuring a wide array of fresh and flavorful options. The serene pool area was a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend the Bella Nara Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. The exceptional service, beautiful ambiance, and convenient location made my trip truly unforgettable. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in the heart of Chiang Mai.
AAnonymous UserWe had a twin room for short one night stay to explore Chiang Mai University and see the vibes of local uni students, location is great and have all necessities within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staffs, conversational English skills. Easy to call grab just from outside of the hotel, but try avoiding traffic rush hour when everyone is heading to university in the morning or coming down to and from night market at the late evenings. Also suitable for families to stay here as well, they have plenty of children play stuffs at the lobby.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. They have welcome drink and snack at the entrance gate. The bathroom has separate zone. Amenities has earplugs that I can't find in other place, so I'm surprised. A lot of parking. There is near 86 ramen that is very delicious.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable, the hygiene is very good, and there is a large bathtub for taking a bath. The waiters at the front desk have great attitudes and can help solve all problems as soon as possible.
PPor anthere is a difference between nationality when we check-in for those who speak in Thai and English which is very frustrating to feel that. The receptionist give and explain to English speaker more deeply than Thai speaker which is not equal as both are guests. The staff also didn’t explain the room amenities and details of hotel which is very disappointing. However, Bell man is very helpful compared with Front Desk which I would give 1/10. We will not comeback again.
TTable4twoArrived on a Friday and left on Monday. We stayed here because of its close location to Sunday night market. Very convenient location.
Like others have said, there is a school right next door so can be quite loud during the day. I was woken up Monday morning at 8am because of talking heard nearby. Maybe it was from the school?
The breakfast is okay. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. I couldn't seem to find any Western tea like English breakfast or earl grey in the whole hotel.
Pillows and bed were comfortable. AC worked almost too well 😆 bathtub was wide and deep. One downside was the sink had a very high rim. I could barely wash my face. Husband and I are both shorties so others may not have any trouble.
EElvaThe location of the hotel is a bit far inside the hills, but the view from the room is remarkable and worthy. We arrived there at 21:00 and their kitchen was almost closed, but they kindly allow us to order and had a dinner. The dishes were so yummy!!! There was a huge spider inside our room when we got into it. I asked the staff to help us through WhatsApp. He helped us to drive it away rapidly. That’s so good! The room was quite clean but the details were not good enough. The jacuzzi was so fun to use😆 Watching the stunning view with the blublublu sound was extremely chill~~~ They gave me a pack of popcorn as a thank you gift with many lines of words on the package. That was so warm and I can feel their full-hearted intention. Thank you!
