After reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room. It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town. .

I think this hotel is pretty good except for its slightly bad location. There's a decent burger joint behind it, and supermarkets all around. It's about 2 kilometers to the square. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but walking to the attractions can be a bit tiring. Be very careful with the door lock; once you get it in, you can't open it. Foreigners don't really know how to solve this problem. I had to rely on my own strength and use the strap of my bathrobe to pull it open myself. 😖😖

Beautiful and clean hotel with safe parking space for travellers with transport. Price quality for 4 people was good. Had a family room.

Great hotel in the best location in the historical center. The hotel receptionosts are very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kron. The location is excellent, with several supermarkets nearby, a restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and everything was well organized. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Novi Sad .
