My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night only, but enjoyed the time we had at this hotel. Our hotel room had an amazing view over the beach. All the rooms are quite new and well equipped. The selection at the breakfast buffet could be a little more vegan friendly, but I’m not sure if there’s a high demand for it. All the staff we’ve encountered was very friendly. The ladies from the front desk (thanks to Zenata and Grazyna for the lovely check in and for helping me out with all the questions), the waiters at the buffet restaurant and the gentleman at the bar..everyone was so polite. We will come back!

My husband booked this hotel for me. He previously stayed at Moxy. He was very satisfied therefore this was his first choice for me. I had a fantastic check-in, a young lady was very helpful and super friendly. She explained all the benefits and recommended burger at the hotel restaurant. The room was clean and all was working. I came back for the burger which was amazing and all that I needed. The bartenders were super friendly as well. My number one choice in Szczecin! Thank you!

We stayed 1 night as we mainly came for a show in town. Good location, clean and great to have an Air-conditioning in the room. That's about it, although I read good reviews about the breakfast, it wasn't tasty at 9 am the food is already cold so better come early I guess. No free parking, but the funny thing is that the next door parking (there are 2 of them) are cheeper then the one the hotel offer. Pillows are standard so if you are used to orthopedic one you're going to wake up with a neck pain. Overall good for short stay because of its location.

Just in the centre of the hotel and over all around 10-20 minutes walk to the beach or Molo u.z Breakfast was great evening eating was ok,pool and sauna are not as large as posted on the picture 😊have.There are sports room and wellness and massage can have extra date.The price for the 👦🏻 not booked together was not nice to have Call and ask for additional payment 🥹for this reason before booking you need to be able to look back right at the price and cancel it.

I visited this hotel together with my daughter. I had booked the hotel online on their website a few days in advance. The web site for booking gave me the impression that I pre-paid for the room (which I did not), that led to some confusion at check-in, however neither the girl in the reception or I made a big issue out of this, and the confusion was settled. The room was clean and as expected. It's what you expect for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful when it cam to booking a taxi and recommending a restaurant. There is a ten minute walk to the train station.

In general hotel is very good. It has clean , spacious, modern rooms. I was surprised not having options „Please dont clean my room”which is available in other hotels already. We can use our towels more than once right? Food was also ok however there was extreamly crowdy during breakfast. It was such a noise in the restaurant that there was no chance to enjoy your meal. What disappointed me the most was service. It happened for the first time. We wanted to enjoy a coffee on the 13-th or 14-th floor in sea view cafe when waiter, young tall man, said to us in impolite way “ next time ask if you can move the chair before doing it. It is not allowed to do so. If you want to eat anything you can’t sit here but at a different table” we were shocked by his behavior! It was said in a rude way and we simply felt like uninvited guests. We left the caffeine without drinking anything. In my opinion, 5 stars hotel can’t afford to hire such staff. It damages its reputation. We also had similar situation on the reception desk - lady made us feel like stupid when she could not answer our questions. I was a guest of Hilton hotel which belongs to the same owner and is located near Radisson. I would come back to Hilton. Radisson disappointed me offering service like in average , poor hotel. Too much visitors made them feel so comfortable in beeing not nice to guests. It was not a rule - when we asked lady who’s name was Karolina she explained everything in 2 minutes with smile. If someone doesn’t like his/her job should not do it. I hope owner will consider this and invest in trainings for his staff.

The hotel is located near the attractions of Szczecin, so you can reach everything very well walking. The car can be placed on a guarded parking place, which is a few meters away from the hotel, but is well reached. The rooms have European standard and are relatively quiet, although main roads are near. Breakfast is good and varied. The hotel's own restaurant does not have an ury atmosphere, but also offers some at night.

We choose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The reviews were good. The hotel can not handle basic services. First - hotel is selling spa treatments which the spa is not providing anymore, second- during Saturday evening meal you will be treated as a second class quest because there will be much more valuable groups attending meal time, third- do not expect your coffee/tea supplies provided in your room unless you will ask a reception desk in the morning, and mostly annoying - the front desk has no idea how to check you out. I was told that I need to pay more, because ”some of the services are charged with 8% VAT and other with 23% VAT - so computer said I owe money”, I did not agree with that. Then I was told that ” system arranged my payment in different way and that is why I am in debt”. I refused again. So front desk employee went and ask a hidden colleague and I was told I am clear, got my parking ticket to get out and I left. About an 1 hr later I got a call from hotel - I owe money for sure! All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes a stress free break.

Beware if you have heavy luggage to carry, or if its raining, as the area in front of the hotel is a bus stop and area is controlled by parking wardens. Reception area is small, combined with a bar area that isn’t very comfortable. Room and bathroom were good quality, but the room was very warm and we couldn’t regulate the temperature via the air conditioning which made sleeping uncomfortable. There are small windows you can open, but not adequate to air the room. We didn’t try breakfast or the restaurant.

I was invited to Szczecin University to attend the 25th anniversary of their MBA programme. The University kindly hosted me in the Courtyard by Marriott Szczecin City, right in the heart of Szczecin. I took the Flixbus from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Bus #57 runs from right outside the terminal directly to Szczecin (it takes about 2.5 hours) and the bus depot is a short 5-10 minute stroll from the hotel. The hotel ha s spacious lobby, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The hotel rooms are extremely warm and comfortable, with all the usual amenities. The free wifi is fast, making Netflix;ix on your laptop an option to the big wall-mounted TV. There is a modest gymnasium on the 9th floor. If you need a convenience store, there is a large Lidl next door!

This is the 2 time that ma wife and I have visited the ”Hamilton” Hotel. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room was very comfortable and all the staff were super helpful. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to ”Katja” on the reception, who organised flowers and a table for me prior to our arrival in the hotel. Throughout our stay Katja was always there to answer any queries as well as all the other staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ”Hamilton” (although due to Illnes of some hotel staff etc, not all activities were able to be fulfilled). If I had one thing to change in the hotel it would be the chairs in the ”Salzgrotte” they are a little bit uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel ”Hamilton” to anyone who visits Swinemuende, it was a great stay. Thank you all once again for making my wife's and my stay super.

We booked the hotel online at Check24. The hotel is close to the city centre. (10 minutes walk). The beach is about 15-20 min walk. The hotel is modern and the rooms are conveniently furnished. We had a standard double room. The room was also modernly furnished. Unfortunately there is no barrier to stack things only 4 sheets. Not suitable for a long stay. Breakfast was good and as standardized in most hotel chains. The rooms in the breakfast room are too little when full coating. Waiting times are not to be avoided. Overall the hotel is recommended. The only thing that personally disturbed me was the non-compliance with Corona rules on masks duty. Although paintings were all over and I believe they still apply in Poland. More than half of all guests did not wear a mask, especially at the buffet, that wasn't all right. And the staff did not do anything. Damn. I found strange also the arrangement that I had to tell at the reception if my room was to be cleaned. For example, in other hotels there is a ticket for the bar if you don't let the room clean.

I was staying at the hotel with my family for the last week of winter holiday and we were very satisfied. Staff at the restaurant, cleaning staff very friendly and always willing to help. Food at the restaurant - delicious and fresh, big variety (especially delicious salads in greek style with sauces on the side). My kids had every day a great fun in the playing room with the animator Ms Asia who really love kids and was really dedicated to them. She took care of our kids, played with them, created ment interesting plays and projects for them. At this time, we parents , could have real rest. Washing Cosmetics in the room were fantastic. They wonderfully smell and we felt really relaxed using them. We really enjoyed the staying and for sure we will come back to this hotel. Byliśmy u Państwa w hotelu w ostatnim tygodniu ferii i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Personel w restauracji i sprzątający bardzo uprzejmy i sympatyczny. Jedzenie w restauracji przepyszne i świeże. A co najważniejsze, dzieci mega wybarwione, bo pani Asia animatorka naprawdę ma super podejście do dzieci i dba, aby potrzeby ( a czasami zachcianki) dzieci były zaspokojone. Dla naszych dzieci każdy dzień w sali zabaw był pełen wrażeń, za co bardzo dziękujemy, rodzice sobie mogli wtedy odpocząć :). Kosmetyki w łazience: żel pod prysznic i żel do mycia rąk są cudowne i cudownie pachną. To była taka wisienka na torcie, która dopełniła pełni szczęścia. Bardzo dziękujemy. Na pewno wrócimy.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

Oh weh, ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Dorf, Geschäfte bestehen aus Stände mit billigen Chinaware, hier und da waren ein zwei nette Kaffees, Rest wirkt wie Imbissbuden. Strand ist ganz nett. Leider ist das Hotel von Personal und Ambiente keine 5*. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr reserviert und recht wortkark, da möchte man rückwärts wieder raus. Allgemein existiert an der Rezeption kein ” Guten Morgen, Tag, Abend, Hallo oder Tschüss ”. Das Zimmer war recht klein- was kein Problem ist, wenn nicht am Bettende ein Tisch mit einem TV und Stuhl hingestellt wird und direkt gegenüber eine Couch, wir hatten dazwischen grade mal so Bewegungsraum. Das Mobiliar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Bett, Teppich und Couch benötigen dringend eine Tiefenreinigung. Balkontür ist tricky zum öffnen, eine Erläuterung auf Deutsch oder Englisch wäre super. Das Bad war groß, die verkalkte Duschkabine war komplett verschleißt, der Duschlauch war lose- das Wasser spritze aus allen Seiten, verschimmelte und lose Leisten an der Kabine waren ekelhaft. Frühstück - und Abendbuffet ist ausreichend vorhanden, wird auch schnell nachgefüllt, aber irgendwie geschmacklich fad. Das Personal war hier freundlich ein paar konnten sogar lächeln. Fazit: für 5* ist noch Luft nach oben, ist ehr Kategorie 3*

Perfect for families with children. Lots of animations, attractions, playground, great aqua park, food for children. Great service, large rooms, cosmetics for children. There are also a lot of attractions for parents, but you know how it is with children, you relax in a completely different way 🤗 we wholeheartedly recommend the Aquarius Ina hotel, we will definitely come again ♥️

Hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modernly equipped, comfortable bed as well as a beautiful balcony. Aquapark is great! What is a little nervous is that the whole circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) is turned off after about minutes after activation and you need to reactivate it. Also, the dinner is a bit narrow when offering full.

Mooi hotel dichtbij de zee. 4-sterren is wel overdreven. Wij waren er onlangs 8 dagen. Ontbijt en diner is uitstekend. Mooie kamers die stilaan een update nodig hebben, net als de SPA. Overal kapotte kranen. Ook de sauna is versleten, bank is los en de temperatuur verschilt elke dag. In het weekend zelfs 2 dagen maar 50 en 60 graden. Te weinig voor een 80 graden sauna. Onvriendelijk personeel, behalve in de buffetruimte. Een weekendnacht hebben wij niet geslapen. Onze onderburen vierden blijkbaar een feestje tot 3u 's nachts. 2X receptie gebeld eer het stil werd. Dat komt er ook van wanneer je de bar al om 22u sluit. Veel te vroeg! Ganse dag te harde en afschuwelijke muziek in restaurant en buffetruimte. Misschien goed voor 1 dag maar werkt na een paar dagen echt op de zenuwen. Toch wel een aanrader waar wij normaal gezien nog zullen terugkomen.
