The hotel is incredible,it only sinned in two items that were not in the room, mirrors and place to leave the beach clothes to dry,in the lack of sun everything is in the bathroom without place to hang the parts. And essential mirror in the room and had no.But finally. The rest of the hotel was very wonderful.

Wonderful hotel, spacious, clean, airy room, with a balcony facing the street, very attractive, super comfortable beds, super cold air conditioning, strong and warm shower, bedspreads available, TOP pool, large and beautiful on the terrace with a super cool view, and super plentiful and delicious breakfast, I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

Hotel was nice and clean and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels
We had a corner room in tower 2 large room with comfort super king bed on 10th floor
Water pressure to shower was poor receptionist did offer a different room and pressure was better but bathroom felt a bit dated
Windows we’re not sound proof this was a little in convenient as there was a major construction site opposite and the hotel is on a main road to the beach
Breakfast had plenty of choice
There was free Wi-Fi in the room this was a major let down very poor signal
Decent hotel . Not a 5 star but a decent 4 star . Missing some bits to be considered as a 5 star.
Shout out to fernando and marcio who were excellent staff round the pool . Making sure our drinks were full and always with a smile .
Also Monique are cleaner was excellent and attentive to our requests.
Reception staff that done our check in and check out were very good as well.
Found it slightly odd all the sales people trying to sell time shares all over the hotel .
Breakfast staff were great and happy . The evening staff not so much .
Overall it was a good stay and good value for money

We stayed at this hotel several times. Considering the specifics of hotel services in South America, the hotel is very good! With a normal breakfast and location

The room is large, with a large balcony that overlooks the beach. The decoration is relatively old. Breakfast is a variety of breads and pastries, too sweet, and the grilled sausages are too salty. There is a private beach and swimming pool with a nice view. It is near a wealthy area with good security and many people outside at night.
Amamos nossa hospedagem no Castelo!!
Fica a dica aí! 😉

CCostaNelsonVery friendly staff, nice hotel. I booked a suite for one night, the room was clean although it could use some refurbishing. One window didn't lock, so the noise from the street was constant. Located in a street with some stores, but not an area where you feel safe walking around. No toiletries included apart from s soap and shower gel/shampoo. Coffee machine in the bedroom with 2 coffee pods. I couldn't see a menu anywhere, assumed these were complimentary, as in most hotels where you rent a suite. I was surprised to be charged 1.5 USD per capsule on checkout, and that there was a QR code informing me of this in the room. I couldn't find it anywhere though.
All in all, great staff, but there is definitely a much better price to service/location ratio than this hotel in Rio

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location , 5 minutes walking and you are on the beach . It’s a very beautiful building and the room is clean, the service was very good, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with many options, including fruits and local things. We stayed during New Year’s Eve , and we choose a good place to escape from the crowd Copacabana, Praia do Recreio is more quiet and clean, there were some noises from fireworks but nothing comparing to Copacabana.

GGuest UserThe hotel hosts parties in its restaurant until the early hours of the morning, at very high volume and without any acoustic treatment. Rude treatment in the restaurant.

MMaomaomilaThe hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the beach. It's very convenient to watch the sunrise and go to the night market and bars. The room is very small, and you can't even spread out your suitcases. It's best to choose a room with a sea view, otherwise you can only see the building next door when you open the window in other rooms. The hotel lobby is not big, and the front desk service is average. There is a shower room at the entrance of the hotel, which is convenient for washing after going to the beach. The breakfast restaurant has a good view, and you can see the blue sky and beach not far away.
