My parents enjoyed the serenity in Nouveau. All staffs are friendly. The room is spacious and design is well-thought off. My niece loved the birthday surprise prepared by Nouveau. We'll surely be back.

You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time. Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed. The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands. The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water. The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called. The mobile phone Global signal is weak, most of the time can not access the Internet, can not upload documents. During the stay, there was an important remote work. I could take my mobile phone to explore around to see where there was a network signal. It turned out that the global signal of the hotel next to it was very good, and I finished my work outside the hotel next to it.
