Thank you for such a wonderful experience most especially for my kids. This was our 3rd time to book at this hotel. The play zone was the new attraction for kids which you will have discount if you’re checkin at the same time.
As always a pleasure to stay here great staff great location and honesty throughout - a pleasure to stay in a hotel that appreciates every guest the complete opposite of a recent stay in BGC at F1hotel where after 20 days am still fighting to get my deposit back
Summit Hotels epitomizes the best of Filipino hospitality from arrival to departure
I stayed at for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was cozy and I had a good night’s sleep. While I didn’t get to explore many facilities due to the short stay, the location was convenient and quiet. Great value for a quick trip—I'd consider staying here again.
Arrived late in the hotel. Did not expect anything as we were tired and randomly booked a hotel for the night. Hotel was clean and new, employees were friendly too. Hoping they could keep the standard. Assigned room was on the 2nd floor and has no view. But nevertheless, we were there to rest. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Amenities were complete too. The only problem was the hot shower. We haven’t inform them as we were tired.
this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.
Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.
Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable.
The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos)
The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast.
Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. He mentioned that the food was excellent and that they thoroughly enjoyed their time there! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Definitely this hotel will be our family favorite from now on. For the next staycation and family celebrations!🫶🏻🌸
✅✅✅✅✅ The place is great and clean!

✅✅✅✅✅ Recommended hotel
Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.
Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from
the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!

AAnonymous UserGood location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.
GGuest UserThe hotel was generally good clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff. However, I was quite disappointed that there was no water supply during our stay. We had to call reception just to get a bucket of water, which was very inconvenient. Hopefully, this can be resolve soon because everything else was nice.
GGuest UserThe service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests.
The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.
AAnonymous UserNice place which is near Cagsaua Ruins. Very Clean room, comfy beds, there's no landline telephone in our room though. There were issues with regards to nobody answering our calls, room cleaning had to be followed up cause upon returning from our tour after 4 hours hindi pa nagawa, and inconsistencies in shuttle rules that were confusing. However, we were happy naman cause the staff were courteous and respectful.
