Overall nice place to stay and great staff. R special shout out to the person who checked us in at 5am and the Restaurant captain who was very attentive and checked upon us from time to time.
Would love for the room to be made and amenities, like water and tea/coffee, to be topped up.
Beautiful location within the reach of a mountain range, generally calm and peaceful but close to a highway. The hotel itself is rather clean but as a whole, it is visibly worn by time. Staff is helpful and kind. Also, the food offered in the restaurant downstairs is really nice.
The Resort was a very pleasant stay and an excellent stopover on our way to NIZWA.
Host gave us a tour and showed us around the private zoo that he owns and he is an extremely friendly person.
If returning to same area, I would definitely stay again at his place and highly recommend this Resort.
From the reception, I am healed at Samahhai Resort. The facilities were well built and the staff were friendly. The sensibility of day and night was completely different, but the tracking course was close!
The room is spacious with a large sofa bed, perfect for a family with children. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete. The shampoo and conditioner that makes hair fluffy and soft are exclusively provided by the spa downstairs. They sell French shampoo and conditioner for 15 riyals a bottle downstairs, which is one of the more expensive ones. The front desk reception was friendly, and there was welcome fruit after check-in. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and there was also a free kids' club.
A little far from the city, but the hotel is still big. It is a historical hotel. It is unnecessary to compare it with international stars. The room is spacious. The bed is a little small. The other environment is actually very beautiful. It is a good choice in the local area.
It was a really pleasant trip. Warm welcoming from Nancy and did a quick check in for me. When I was confusing where should I visit in Nizwar, Anou gave me a full recommendation of the city patiently. I enjoyed talking to him and I will recommend him to my friends who travel next. The room is clean and tidy also the shower is strong. Definitely I will come back again in future.
The hotel is built on a cool mountain, the air is very comfortable and the scenery is spectacular. The waiters are generally friendly. The breakfast is also very rich. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is a town in 5 minutes by car, and there are many restaurants (not expensive). The dining in the hotel is more expensive, but the environment is better.
The bathroom is a bit small, the shower room has no door, and the bath water will splash out, resulting in the complete separation of dry and wet.
The hotel has free tree houses, rock climbing, billiards, table tennis and plenty of activities for a fee.
Stepping into Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, I am immediately transported into a place of relaxation and it’s almost when time has stood still.
No doubt, the service standards has been from start to finish extremely impeccable. I am very amazed that the staff are all very polite and very friendly and forthcoming. In particular, I am very impressed with Cristina, a staff from Bella Vista Italian Restaurant. Cristina has been so friendly and she has managed to make us feel at home even only with just a dinner affair.
The attention to details of provided is mind blowing and I so impressed by the breakfast buffet spread that I am spoilt for choices.
Notwithstanding, the view is absolutely breathtaking and each time I stand at the viewpoints of the hotel I am always amazed at he grandeur of the canyons that the hotel overlooks. This place is a must visit for anyone who wants luxurious living , glorious view sand excellent service standards.
The Jabal Akhdhar Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Sayq will find that the Jabal Akhdhar Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. MMelisande PeytregnetA magnificent stay at The View. It’s definitely an adventure to get to the hotel through bumpy roads however the location is absolutely breathtaking. For those looking for sublime views after a day of canyoning and adventuring around Jebel Shams. You will not regret your stay. The hotel itself is very well equipped and the food options are diverse especially in the evening when a buffet is available. The staff is so welcoming and helpful, we appreciate especially Richard’s (Manager) help throughout our stay. On top of it all, if you don’t mind a cold swim - one of the most beautiful pools I have ever seen !
