The location of the hotel is very good. You can go downstairs to take a walk in the city at night. The room is clean and tidy, and there are many types of drinks that can be brewed. The big bed is very comfortable and I fell asleep soon after I got in. This price is good value for money and worth recommending.

The hotel itself is a bit dated but well maintained and clean. The service was good and breakfast was substantial. Pool seemed unused for years with black spots of algae but we were not really into swimming so its ok. The room size were nice and big but sound proof is not too good. We can hear the kids playing from the other room. Beds were good and comfy. Smells clean and soft. Location is good. Walking distance to everything you need.

The hotel is located in the downtown area of Blenheim, the capital of Marlborough Province, the famous white wine producing region of New Zealand. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from Blenheim railway station, bus station or downtown square. Although the rooms are a bit old, all the facilities and bedding are very tidy, clean and comfortable. All the staff are smiling, patient and enthusiastic. The hotel offers three meals a day, the menu is not extensive, but the food quality and taste are excellent. We stayed for two days. The experience was excellent and the price/performance ratio was very high. Going to a hotel not to be missed in Blenheim, highly recommended!
