"Excellent hotel. It is a little away from the center but you can rent a motorcycle or make taxis easy. You can book excursions with them directly. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Very friendly all staff."

"Сам хоумстей отличный! Отдельный номер - отдельное бунгало. Но, обратите внимание - прежде чем бронировать - где располагается этот отель. Находится на самом отдалённом причале на острове, в далеке от цивилизации. И, вам нужно минимум ещё потратить 600vnd от основного причала, чтобы добраться до причала где находится хоумстей. Кроме хайкинга заняться особо не чем, велосипед в аренду брать не стоить."

"We were really happy with the hotel, the room and the service! The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …) The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble. The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks! Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful. The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off."

"A two-room room on the 4th floor with kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. The room is good but somewhere repair and cleaning is needed. Our bathroom was a jacuzzi to get in to take a shower. Very uncomfortable. The dishes in the kitchen are small, the cups are very small. Only the teapot and the sink that needs to be cleaned in the kitchen. The sponge is old, requires replacement. In the refrigerator smells bad, and it works bad, practically does not cool. The location of the hotel is good, the area is quiet, near the lake. Cafes are in step availability. The hotel has ordered a tour in Langu. Tour from 8 to 17. The cost of 600,000 dong per person. The bus to Nin Bin has booked here. The cost of 350,000 dong. Because of the typhoon, we settled in the hotel for a day later, and although the hotel booking is not returnable, we have compensated for this day. Staff is friendly."

"Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there."
