Service: Arrived at 12 AM Korea time, and the front desk gentleman spoke excellent Chinese, which made communication very easy. The hotel hallway was wide and smelled lovely. Even though it was fully booked, it was very quiet for sleeping, so the soundproofing seems good. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily. There were no disposable toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. The leather slippers weren't disposable either, so I'd recommend bringing your own slippers. Facilities: There's a kettle and a mini-fridge, with mineral water replenished daily. There are two Chinese-style power outlets, but the bedside outlets are Korean, so it's more convenient to bring your own adapter if you need one. Surroundings: The CU downstairs is open from 6:30 AM to 11 PM, but there's a 24-hour CU just 150 meters away. There are also 24-hour pollock soup and pork bone soup restaurants nearby. Compose Coffee is across the street. Overall, it's great, the streets are quiet, and it's easy to catch a taxi.

Fantastic stay! We arrived late on the first night and had a minor issue, but they helped us change rooms right away. The rest of our stay was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent – very convenient for transport, super close to the airport, and there's even a hospital nearby. You can pay the deposit with WeChat too!

The hotel's soundproofing is extremely poor. On the first night, it felt very hot after 11 PM, and the air conditioning stayed at 24 degrees Celsius for over two hours (even though it was set to 18 degrees). There was also a constant thumping sound, similar to walking, from upstairs. After calling the front desk to report the issue, the noise did not stop. Later, after discussing with Trip.com customer service, we decided to change rooms. A front desk staff member came to help move our luggage to the new room. When we first arrived at the new room, the noise indeed disappeared, but it wasn't long before the thumping sound returned and continued non-stop until around 2:30 AM, severely affecting our rest. For light sleepers, it would be absolutely maddening. On the second day, we realized the noise was coming from all directions. Both the ceiling and wall soundproofing were quite poor, with frequent strange noises. Overall, our stay significantly impacted our rest. I called hotel room service to request two buckwheat pillows or firmer pillows, but the ones brought were the same as the original pillows in the room. English communication was not very smooth. The room facilities are a bit old. The only advantage is the hotel's good location, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car as there is free parking. You just need to provide your license plate information to the front desk during check-in.

I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel! It was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Jeju Island. **Facilities:** The room was super new and incredibly clean. I really loved the bedding; the duvet was so comfortable! The room is a bit small, but genuinely very new and spotless. **Service:** The front desk staff were all excellent. They kindly stored our luggage, which was very nice. The souvenirs in the small shop inside are also well worth buying. It's extremely close to both the beach and Seongsan Ilchulbong, making it incredibly convenient! Highly recommend!

The public areas are really beautiful and comfortable; as soon as you step into the hotel, you feel like you're on vacation. The sea view is stunning on a clear day. The front desk staff can communicate in English. Our room wasn't ready at the 3 PM check-in time, but the hotel offered an alternative to switch to a non-sea view suite. We opted to wait for the sea-view room we booked, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving. Our luggage was delivered directly to the room, and we didn't encounter any unpleasant attitudes during our stay. Our room was in the East Tower, which I believe is the older building. I was initially worried it might be too dated after reading some reviews, but it was actually fine! The room was indeed very small, but clean and odor-free, with a complimentary minibar. The balcony was quite large, and the sea view was satisfying. The room door had average soundproofing, but the balcony door was well-insulated, making the room generally quiet. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was very spacious, with extra-long mirrors and a large full-length mirror, perfect for sitting with friends and doing makeup. The cleaning staff also didn't move any of our belongings. There's a 7-Eleven right on the second floor, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is excellent. Just a short walk away is Oliviyong, and Baolian Road is great for exploring. There's also a bus stop right outside, and a CU convenience store diagonally opposite. Getting around to anywhere is incredibly convenient.

Very welcoming staff members, and the owner was very friendly and conversational. And a cute, quiet dog who enjoys watching you eat breakfast! The Included breakfast is an egg and jam sandwich with coffee/juice. Funny combination for the sandwich, but nice to have a classic Korean breakfast. The kitchen provides crockery and utensils. It has a sink for washing up (everyone must clean up after themselves), cooking facilities (hob), a microwave, water dispenser (hot and cold), and a kettle. They also played the World Cup matches on the TV and music throughout the day. The kitchen closes at 11PM (including the seating area). The bedroom was decent. The mattress, blanket and pillow were alright. The beds creaked a bit and the curtains had a bit of a gap at the top, letting light in. But no huge issues. There is AC in the bedrooms so it’s not too hot. The guesthouse was quite empty when I was there, so the 2 toilets and 3 showers were plenty. With body wash, shampoo, a small towel and a hair dryer provided. The quiet curfew & lights off at 11PM were politely and timely conducted each night. No drying hair after this time, but you can still shower if you’re quiet. The movie every evening on the terrace/rooftop was slightly hard to see because it gets projected onto the wall. But it’s a cute concept. Although, no one was out there apart from the mosquitos, so I only stayed a few minutes and can’t review the experience fully. There is a 7-eleven right next door, which is very convenient. And a GS25 just across the road. The guesthouse is also relatively close to Yongduam Rock and Yongyeon Pond, which are nice scenic spots. There are lots of tour groups at sunset, so maybe avoid those crowds if you can, although it is very beautiful at sunset! Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The location isn't far from the Grand Hyatt, and it's super convenient to walk to the E-Mart supermarket next door, about six or seven minutes on foot. Shilla Duty-Free is only a five-minute walk away, and Baojian Road is just a bit further past Shilla Duty-Free, making it really easy for shopping. The Issac sandwich shop diagonally across from the hotel downstairs is super delicious – definitely don't miss it if you pass by! This time, I stayed in room 1616 which even had a balcony with a distant view of the airport and the sea. If the weather's good, sitting out on the terrace is really comfortable. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and bus 316 goes directly to Dongmun Market. It's also easy to catch a taxi on the main road right outside.

During the Mother's Day long weekend, it was incredibly comfortable to stay in such a spacious hotel with three beds and hot shower water, all for just 2300 per night. It even had a dining table and a kitchen island. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was truly comfortable. It's close to Jeongbang Waterfall and Olle Market. The best part is that if you walk uphill, there are tons of cheap restaurants, and the black pork BBQ across the street is also quite good. There's a CU downstairs, but its opening hours are inconsistent. If you turn right when you exit the hotel, there's a local convenience store that's very authentic and has a wide variety of items.

The location and views are hands down the best in downtown Jeju. Within a 5-minute walk, you have Lotte Duty Free, a CU convenience store, E-Mart, and Olive Young. Shilla Duty Free and Nuwemaru Street (Baojian Road) are just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself has a shopping mall, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), an arcade, and more—having dining, shopping, and entertainment all under one roof made everything so effortless. The room was genuinely spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides offered sweeping panoramic views of Jeju City. Just a heads-up: toothbrushes come with an extra charge, though bottled water was generously provided. As for service, it really lived up to other reviews regarding the oddly aloof attitude. That said, all the concierges we met were warm, polite, and took the initiative to help with our luggage. Front desk check-in seems to be hit-or-miss, but we got lucky! The young lady who checked us in was sweet and lovely; she gave us a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor ocean view room, plus complimentary chocolates and madeleines from the hotel boutique, which was such a wonderful surprise! The gentleman who handled our check-out was also very warm—especially standing out as gentle and charming compared to the other staff around him who were just slacking off looking at their screens. So, when checking in at the front desk, definitely try to pick a counter based on who looks friendliest—it makes a huge difference to your overall experience.
