Hotels With Breakfast in Tottori Prefecture, Japan

For a small town this hotel was very great. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was a great location to all izakyas and restaurants and the bus terminal to go to the Sand Dunes. It was also right beside the train station. The room itself did seem a bit old but the bed was very comfortable and the temperature controls in the room were easy to use. The hotel was clean. I didn't include meals with my booking but the area where people ate looked very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The location is unbeatable, every spot is within walkable distance. The room is clean and spacious enough. We also like the onsen. The staff is also helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel model feels like it has a history, but the facilities are well maintained and new, the lobby is bright, and it should be considered a relatively large hotel in the area. The service attitude is also very good. The hotel is close to Tottori Station. Just cross the road after exiting the station and you will reach the hotel. There is a bus station next to Tottori Station, so it is very convenient to take a bus to Osaka, Kobe, and Himeji. If you want to take a bus to Tottori Sand Dunes, there is also a 4,000 yen taxi tour in Tottori. In short, the location is great! ! ! Disadvantages: The room is dark with yellow light, which I don't like. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat and called the front desk, who arranged for the staff to come and open the window, which made things much better. (The wind blew after opening the window, which was very comfortable ~ but it felt a bit dangerous if there were children, so it was not recommended)

Very good hotel, first-class location, just a few steps away from Yonago Station, opposite is AEON, shopping is also very convenient. The front desk was very polite, the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and if you don't want to go out at night, it is also recommended to dine in the restaurant! Yonago Station (including railway and bus) is just across the road from the station, which is very convenient. There is an Aeon convenience store nearby, so it is easy to buy souvenirs and general upgrades.

The scenery overlooks the sea, the environment is beautiful, the hot spring is large, and the breakfast is diverse and delicious. The hotel has a large parking lot with free parking. The overall experience was good and comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Tottori! Its location near the station made it super convenient for exploring the area. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, which really enhanced my stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and their good command of English made communication a breeze. I loved that they had an onsen, even though it wasn’t natural spring water. It was still a wonderfully relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is situated at the middle level of Daisen, only 30 mins drive from Yonago city. It is a big complex with a lot of rooms. The best view rooms are probably those facing the sea. Ours faces Daisen Mountain, which is not bad either. It gave me a sense of tranquility. The onsen is awesome with both outdoor and indoor pools. The showering area is spacious too. The room is in a very decent size. It was amply sufficient for three of us. Adding points to this review is the 3 hours of happy hours, with unlimited flow of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The panoramic view restaurant was quite a nice place for relaxing. Another point to add is the 11:00 o'clock check-out time, unlike other hotels in Yonago at 10:00. Overall, if you book the hotels well in advance, it's a pretty good deal.

I actually stayed at Super Hotel Yonago the previous night, and the Tottori one seemed more welcoming. There was a drink bar set up, with free flow alcohol which it the 1st time I had seen in Japan. The reception was very friendly. If you arrive early, you can choose which pillow you want. Otherwise, the default would be the room pillow which I find rather uncomfortable. Take note of the different onsen times for man and woman since there is only one onsen available. U can easily search for them from the hotel website.

I stayed for two consecutive nights. Universal, a chain hotel, seemed popular with business travelers. Unfortunately, I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. The entire hallway was damp, musty, and had an unpleasant odor. The room itself was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on Ctrip. What made it worse was that it was a smoking room, and the smell was incredibly foul – impossible to get rid of even with the window open. On the positive side, complimentary breakfast and dinner were offered.
