The location right next to the airport is practically unbeatable, especially for early morning flight departures.
Rooms were spacious and to a good enough standard, with generous bed size.
The reception was comically bad: having a staff member who speaks no Dutch, basic French and deficient English is simply unacceptable for an international airport hotel situated in Belgium. We kept repeating that we have 2 rooms in the reservation and asking her to confirm whether she found the correct booking or not, and she kept repeating (after handing the keys for 1 room) “you are ready to go”; she escalated to someone else who then promptly proceeded by telling to my face that my English is not good, only to then be accused that it was me misunderstanding all along and that there was the “intention” to give us the keys for the second room as well (even though our ID documents were returned etc, which were asked once again etc).
We came here for the business trips. The reception desk was helpful but the team members were maybe freshly new staff? They made a few mistakes (yes, two of them).
But in general the shared space is very good, there is space for working close to the reception desk, as well as fitness room! Perfect equipment! Meanwhile there is a pool zone, lovely place!
Breakfast service is genuinely good! Great location which is very close to the international airport.
Personnel de l'hôtel et service au client au top du top. En outre, j'ai passé une plaisir de séjour. Rien à dire sur la chambre. Je vais rester en cet hôtel si je dois retourner dans cet coin de Bruxelles.
Perfect hotel close to the airport for a quick sleep, shower and back on a plane. The room was spacious with a couch and lovely shower. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport and when I emailed them to ask where to find the bus, they emailed me back within minutes. Only problem I had was the pillows. They feel a bit lumpy. But otherwise a great hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean.
Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much.
As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine.
Among the hotels I visited during my trip, the service and facilities were very good. It was great for families to stay, and it had a kitchen so it was convenient to cook food. Parking was safe, and the free washing machine and dryer in the basement were useful. clean
The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, a bottle of water was provided, disposable slippers, bathrobes were provided, and toothbrushes could be requested at the front desk. The room was well soundproofed. Overall, this is a very good four-star hotel in Europe, about 600 meters from the train station. The check-in at the front desk was too slow, and there was only one person at the front desk after 9 o'clock in the evening.
Sitting near the river Dyle, Martin's Klooster is a charming hotel that prides itself on offering exceptional service and elegant rooms. Located in an over 500-year old building near the historic city center of Leuven, the hotel is a real pleasure to stay with nice rooms and good amenities.
Very convenient location and very clean. The staff was very polite and there was a wide variety of food for beeakfast

YYougexianrenpaiwojianThe hotel breakfast is good, but the dinner is average, not recommended. There is no lunch, and there are no restaurants nearby. It is recommended to eat in the city and then come back.
About the shuttle bus. Go down to the 1st floor, Zone E, and wait for the shuttle bus. The timetable is attached. I didn't wait, so I took a taxi directly, which cost just over 10 euros, which is acceptable.
It is not easy to get a taxi nearby. There is 272 when you go out. You can swipe your credit card on the bus. After the 272 arrives in the city, transfer to the subway and go to many places. There are also 471 and 282 nearby. Use Google Maps to check the time. The transportation is quite convenient, but it is a bit troublesome.
You can get to large supermarkets such as Carrefour by changing buses twice, and you can also buy things and eat them at the hotel by yourself. It's great~

GGuest UserThe hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

LLAW KIN KEI喜欢 · private parking place in front of hotel. The room is not small, it does not look modern but has everything for you to stay OK.
不喜欢 · I had the room towards the street, it was really loud due to the traffic. I couldn´t sleep well due to the vehicle noise. I tried to close the window and switch on air conditioner, but there is no remote controller and staff does not find a backup.

HHee-jin HanThe friendly staff and location are the biggest advantages, and the breakfast is not attractive for the price, and the cleanliness, shower water pressure and drainage in the hostel were a bit disappointing.
GGuest UserI used to stay in a luxury hotel in Southeast Asia and felt very ordinary when I first stayed. It wasn't until I moved to the next ibis that I found out how luxurious this hotel is! Safflower needs a green leaf lining! Next door Ibis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! No facilities, the beds are gray! breakfast! ? Laughing personally.
