A fantastic house, nickel facilities and high-quality all in an old house restored with great care. The guest is a rare , gentle , very helpful bead and is able to make you care . The place is just magic. !!! Thank you for everything .

Great location - next to JR station. Single room is tiny but guess it’s a norm for Japan. Bed is not super comfortable - it’s just too soft. Also some bad odor in the washroom

Excellent location if you're by train or car. 2 car parks directly behind the hotel, one of which in the open (park 2), which will obviously make the car rather hot in the summer. Park 1 is covered, though sadly the Nissan Roox Keicar was too tall to fit. Train station is directly opposite. The onsen up top is in need of some refurbishment, but it is frequented by locals, when you visit show room keycard and the nice lady will provide you towels. The room was large, spacious, clean and the beds comfy, the room looked as if it had been recd to refurbished, and it's directly above a Lawson as well as a tulleys coffee. So lots of convenience. Just be advised there's not much to do here except the first few shrines of the pilgrimage and some other points that require a car. I wouldn't recommend visiting any other way. And exit to the east via the art museum and circle around via Kobe and Himeji was a highlight of our trip. Hotel is excellent and very good value for money. Recommended.

I suddenly decided I wanted to visit Iya the day before, so I booked a room. Everything was perfect: the staff's service, the hot spring, and the food. Being able to walk to the Kazurabashi Bridge is also a huge plus.

A nice hotel conveniently located near the JR station with convenience stores and plenty of eateries nearby. It is also close to a mall where you can find local delicacies, including a food market in the basement. Paid parking is connected to the hotel and the staff can provide discounted parking rates which was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was good with a decent selection. We arrived close to last order and they had already started clearing some of the food so it’s best to go early if you want to enjoy your meal at a more relaxed pace.

A very pleasant stay! The service was friendly and polite, and the small cable car onsen was a unique experience! The private bath (charged price) is highly recommended; the environment is tranquil and spacious with excellent views! Taking the hotel's used car at night, listening to vintage Japanese songs, to the Mangqiao Bridge for the night view was a unique experience! The landlady was very kind and even sang a beautiful song during dinner! They quickly helped me send any forgotten items to my next hotel! Highly recommend staying here!!! This is even better than Wa-no-Yoku!

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, which is the most important thing! What really deserves praise is their breakfast buffet; definitely book a room with breakfast, it's excellent value for money. They even have congee, which Chinese people love! Plus, the location is absolutely fantastic, with the train and bus stations right in front of you, making it super convenient for an early morning trip to Tokushima! And there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, like ramen shops and izakayas, all worth checking out!

There is a direct bus from Mingmen Station, but there are not many shifts and it takes only 15 minutes to walk. There is a big supermarket at the door, and everything to eat is available and not expensive. The welcome drink is gone until 22 o'clock, and I also enjoyed the last wave of iced drinks. The single room is a standard Japanese single room, not big, but one person is also enough, the health is very clean, the bed is very comfortable to sleep, there are many spare parts downstairs to pick up. Breakfast is in a very retro restaurant on the first floor. There are buffets such as vegetable fried fish omelets, and some homemade small stews, which are delicious. There is a bus at the entrance of the hotel to go directly to the art gallery and the boat house to see the whirlpool, which is very convenient.

Hotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.

Location is very close to JR station, and many nice restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is served which tastes good.
