There are free drinks and a beautiful torii gate outside, suitable for a family of all ages.
There are hot springs, recreational facilities, and a place to wash clothes.
Free parking is very convenient. Can come again.
The location is a little far from the station, but it's acceptable. The room is very clean and suitable for family travel. If I have the opportunity to come to Sendai again, I will choose this Holiday Inn chain.
At midnight, water droplets dripping from the air conditioner, and I couldn't sleep well. I contacted the front desk early in the morning and had them take care of it, but I think I won't wake up if I check it regularly. I'm sorry about that.
The hotel is too convenient, diagonally opposite AEON, big supermarket, many delicious shops on the roadside, there are hot springs, the room size is basically OK, cost-effective, provide pick-up and drop-off service, 6:55, 7:55, 8:55, 15 minutes to the airport landline, very convenient. Hotel service is very good.
Good location very near Sendai Station
Nice room & hotel decor is modern
Dining & shops around
I chose a queen bed room
I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)
I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view
However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable
Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area
Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef
One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)
Used for a quick trip.
The cheapest in the Sendai area was about 6,000 yen for two people.
The amenities are great and it's perfect for a night's stay.
There's a day spa nearby and a convenience store next door, so the location is good.
It would have been great if they had coffee.
The price of this hot spring hotel is not high, but it has everything you need. The scenery is very good, and the hot springs are also very comfortable. There are 4 Kakikiri baths, so you can soak by yourself without anyone else. It is a few minutes away from Naruko Gorge.
Fabulous outdoor on sen under the cave, delicious sashimi at dinner , but for brackfast menu need adjustment , most hot food are just warm and need menu in English & directory in English
Tourists who plan to go to Fox Village are recommended to stay in this hotel.
The hotel is right next to Shiroishi Zao Station, and the shuttle bus to the Fox Village (1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children) is also here.
There were not many seats on the shuttle bus, so we boarded the bus 20 minutes early for both the round trip.
I stayed for a live this time. After check-in, I had dinner outside and thought it was a bath as soon as I returned, but the large women's communal bath was waiting in line, so I was in the middle of about an hour.
The next morning, I first took a morning bath and entered the large communal bath, then took a walk to Tagajo Park for breakfast, and then entered the large communal bath and checked out. I was also able to go to Shiogama Shrine before the live.
The location, price, breakfast, and above all, I was happy with the large communal bath for me, who loves baths. Thank you very much.

Very Good
Ddarbz89Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.
DDDubHotel was very clean. Pretty good breakfast from 7-10 with 9:30 being the latest seating. I suggest buying the vouchers before the day of to save a bit. Hotel has one small washer/dryer which came in really handy. Front desk gives change for that. If you ship your luggage via Yamato, front desk is nice enough to call your room to let you know it arrived. Very convenient location to open fish market, convivence stores, restaurants and shopping just a short walk away.
GGuest UserThis hotel is located not far from the JR Sendai station, even closer to the local subway line. To get to the hotel is a very fast manner exit the station via West 2s, you will see the mall Parco 2 right across. Walk towards the mall enter the it then go down to 1st floor exit through the Hawaiian burger place, then you will see the famous morning market. Go through the market then turn left, the hotel is just on your right hand side. Hope this helps, enjoy while you’re in Sendai!
MMarble202Transportation: easiest with a 50-min taxi ride from Sendai airport unless int’l traveler wants to transfer via trains/buses. Nearest bus stop/little township is 遠刈田温泉 (13-min by foot to the Inn).
Key feature is open air onsens in forestry — this is why I chose to stay. Delightful breakfast and dinner (during dinner, there are all-inclusive drinks menu + additional charge ones). I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly.
The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted.
Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan.
WWaranyaWe love the location of this hotel, close to all shoppings, foods and Train Station. Great amenities, nice onsen eventhough a bit old style. If we come back to Sendai, we will choose this hotel again. Thanks for the nice stay.
GGuest UserConvenient location where JR station, subway stations are within walking distance. Very good breakfast with lots of local delicacies. I like the public bath too despite room a bit small but the layout is good that u have enough space to open your luggage. Free coffee at lobby.
IIampareGreat location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
FFoshA stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.
GGuest UserThe hot springs here were very good. On the other hand, the bathroom in the room is very small. However, the windows in our room were large and we had a beautiful view.
Breakfast is varied and is self-served, so you can eat as much as you want. Dinner is very sumptuous. Sashimi and other dishes were very tasty.
The air conditioning in the rooms is centrally controlled and the heating does not come on at this time of year, even though the temperature is only 10°C at night. If you are cold, you can tell the staff to bring you an extra blanket.
The walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear the noise and singing of the neighbours(lol)
