A comfortable stay for business travelers and solo travelers. The restaurants, Koji and Ai Di La, served good food, and the service was top-notch. The only feedback I have is that the breakfast variety should include more international options, as most dishes are primarily Indian cuisine. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and is highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff aim to please. Was here with my mother for 4 days. We are both vegan and staff went out of their way to facilitate us. Menu can be accommodated. We had vegan pancakes, vegan pizza, vegan tortillas . You just need to give them a little advance warning. Special shout out to Karthikraja whose service stood out. We also used spa facilities - had a 90 minute massage which was amazing. We loved Mumbai and hope to be back or stay at another Taj hotel soon.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind in the privacy of the suite. The marble-clad bathroom was a highlight, featuring a deep soaking tub and a rain shower with premium toiletries. The double vanity, equipped with ample lighting, made getting ready a delight. I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort. Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from. Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of opulence and comfort in their accommodations.

I chose Novotel for accommodation on a business trip in Pune, India. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious. The room is clean and very close to the airport. The service staff is very satisfied.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short trip. The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening. Bar staff were friendly and super efficient. Beautiful garden and swimming pool complete with bunny rabbits and roaming turkeys which adds a bit of fun (not just for kids). The door staff are excellent and very helpful. Overall this hotel offers great facilities and excellent service.

The hotel is new and, while it’s not located in the city center, its proximity to the highway makes it convenient for accessing the Navi Mumbai area. The room is clean, bright, and features modern interior design. The staff is friendly and very responsive. I had dinner at the Shamiana restaurant, where the food was excellent and the portions were generous. The spa offers a relaxing environment and great service too. I’m glad I chose to stay at this hotel.

Amazing sea view (marine drive) however you have to choose during booking. We had comfortable stay and like to stay again whenever visit Mumbai again.

1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside. 2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing  3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague, Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order. 4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles. 5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay. 6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea. Overall poor quality of service.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.
