I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff spoke perfect English and were super helpful. I had to extend my stay for a few extra days and the manager was nice enough to accommodate me without having to switch rooms . The food at the restaurant was great - both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is only couple minutes walk from the beach. Great experience overall 👍

The hotel opened during the epidemic, and now the facilities are relatively new. It is a 5-star hotel of European standards, not luxurious but clean and comfortable. The location a few steps away from the sea brings a good sea view. It rained heavily during the stay, and there was only sunshine in the evening. I couldn't see the blue of the sea and sky. But I also felt the other side of this quiet Adriatic Sea with waves hitting the shore.

positives: lovely modern hotel, well kept and staff are friendly and welcoming. mini fridge and other amenities in spacious room. hotel is greatly located close to centre and good value for money. strong internet for remote working.
negatives: club/karaoke bar underneath hotel which can be loud at night (friday/saturday) made the walls vibrate and caused a bad nights sleep.

AAlek MThe stuff is extremely polite and helpful. This hotel has several restaurants and has a great location. In several minutes walk you can reach the beach Tomaševac. Highly recommend to go there, because after the small part with stones there is a huge part with sand under the water. In the hotel's surrounding you have a lot of shops and restaurants. Inside this hotel there is a chocolate museum where you can buy chocolate produced in it or upstairs you can eat cakes made with this chocolate. The price I paid is in comparison with other hotels in Europe, which are located on spots that don't attract tourists, the same or even cheaper. I am pointing this out because often it is said that Opatija and Croatia in general are very expensive. Yes, the food in many restaurants in Opatija is expensive, but there are other with more affordable prices. So, there is everything for everyone. Book this hotel and you will not regret.

GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay. Perfect location, directly on the promenade / Lungomare and close to Opatija's city center. Indoor pool with sea water works till 19-00. Rich breakfast from 07-00 till 10-00. Dinner is from 19-00 to 21-00, also rich and worth to be include during the stay. Spacious and well-organised room (except for the bathroom: very limited space), comfortable bed

GGuest UserHotel Savoy is one of the best hotel on Opatija due to its location. Beach Colosseum, the private beach of the hotel was fantastic, the rooms with balcony and see view are wonderfull and relaxing. Rooms are air conditionedl, the breakfast is delicious, the parking is absolutely comfortable. Thank you for amasing three nights in Opatija. I'll be back :)

The sauna/spa facilities were nice but had a strange smell, nontheless it was very nice to have during rainy hours! Overall a very nice hotel with a good value but a bit run down.

MMelaniPay attention parking is not provided at the hotel and the staff won’t do much to help you in any way to make you feel welcomed. Regarding price/quality quite a disappointment. Location is definitively the plus point here. Breakfast was ok. Service and amenities below a 3 star.
