This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

Delightful hotel, with kind attentive staff. For us it was a bit of a surprise as we were just looking for a stop off on a long journey. We’ll definitely return.

Stayed here while visiting family in Warwick, perfect location for us and whilst it’s not 5 star it certainly offered everything we needed, expected. Additional £5 per night parking is something introduced this year which obviously not a fan of but hey ho. Will be staying again. £20 per dog per stay charge if anyone is wanting to know the fee

Was very disappointed in the room, considering it is 4* the rooms are very basic and dated, bed was hard, cold tap was warm, so couldn’t drink, no phone to call reception and no complimentary water in the room, so had to go down to reception at 6.30am and ask for a jug of water so I could have a drink, Shower was broken and was squirting water out everywhere and also burnt my stomach. The hotel is old but is very beautiful and one of the reasons for booking it, just a shame the room was so poorly maintained. Spa was lovely but a shame the jacuzzi and foot spas were out of order. The breakfast was great, with a good choice of fresh and cooked food.

1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice. 2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage. 3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices. 4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

We booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

This is a very distinctive cabin hotel! Although it is a cabin, the facilities inside are complete (but there is no refrigerator), the decoration is full of medieval style, and the whole park has an ancient atmosphere. The environment is green and beautiful, and you can see wild ducks swimming and foraging by the stream. There are games for children in the park and regular entertainment programs every day. Children like it very much. The overall price is good, I have a wonderful holiday with my family here!

GGuest UserLovely friendly hotel, room was a good size, warm, they accommodate pets which was why we chose it, free tea and coffee all day, buffet breakfast was a highlight, very much recommend! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nice area, hallway carpets could use a refresh, there is no gym room as advertised as it recently closed, overall excellent place to stay

YYuanI came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserI spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming. The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete. They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room. It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes. I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!

GGuest UserThis venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history. Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further. Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation. Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality. The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

SShowkat GanieThe room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!
