There was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday. It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma, Mallorca and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is a true gem, located just a short distance from the city center and a stone's throw away from the beach. Nice and clean pool area with gym access. The hotel's commitment to art and culture, combined with its excellent amenities and top-notch service, make it a true standout among the city's many hotels.

We came for our honeymoon, so we chose a place near the Palma city airport. It was very convenient to walk to the city center, and it was nice to be able to tour the cathedral and Bellver Castle. I could see the cathedral outside the window unintentionally, and the location of the accommodation and the elevator were nice, but we stayed on the 8th floor with the bar, so the soundproofing was poor. ㅜㅜ Maybe it was because of the soundproofing, but I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the room next door, even though it was a double door. ㅠㅠ

It’s a nice hotel for me and I’m travelling alone. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Just that I was assigned room 101 which was located beside the street and hotel staircase, therefore it was rather noisy till 10-11pm. Also, the work desk is small and cramp, which could hardly place my laptop and mouse. The bathroom had windows which were only covered by translucent pieces of curtains which lacked privacy. Anyway, it’s near to nice food, central bus terminal and shopping belt, so it’s all good!

What an underrated hotel! This hotel deserves more than 3 stars! The appearance of the hotel is great. Super beautiful, luxurious and new. The room was super with a nice balcony. It was also very clean, nothing to complain about. The breakfast/lunch was great. I have never had such a delicious and extensive meal in a hotel. You could eat it by the pool with a beautiful view, what more could you want!

Ideal location literally next to a bus stop about 15 minutes to get into town . Or take a cab and it will take 5-7 minutes

The location is ideal. It is very convenient to go swimming at the beach. It also has its own swimming pool. There is also a seafood restaurant KFC Burger King downstairs. The front desk was very friendly and helped us take a taxi. It is only 2 kilometers from the airport. The room has everything you need. The price is a value for money.

Overall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

I booked the Hotel Pabisa Sofia for one night two days after it opened after the winter break. The 4-star hotel was renovated in 2024, which you can see in the foyer and the rooms through the new design and new bathrooms. It's a shame that they didn't take the opportunity and completely renovate it straight away. The tiled floor in my room 33 on the seventh floor was not renewed. I had only booked an overnight stay in a single room, but was given a double room for single occupancy. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but very small. I would therefore not book the Sofia for a longer vacation, especially since there is little closet space and little storage space in the bathroom. The location is OK. The hotel is in one of the back (3rd) rows of the beach. It is about 300 meters to the beach. It is about 5 kilometers to the airport. I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I cannot give a rating. Due to the recent opening, the hotel was extremely cheap to book (for under 50 euros). It will be more expensive in the season. And then it will be loud in the eight-story hotel with more than 300 rooms because of the proximity to Ballermann and the bars there, with the party crowd. As in many Spanish hotels, the rooms are very thin due to the way they are built, the room doors are very, very thin and let in noise. The view is not that great. My room faces the back and overlooks the neighboring Riu Festival hotel. In terms of staff, I only had to deal with reception staff, but they were all very friendly and accommodating.

It was already a few times in this hotel. Find it always pleasant there. The price performance ratio is really top! It is clean and the stand is also reached in 3-5 minutes walk. Beer king/megapark in about 10-15 min.

The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool. The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large. It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet. The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value. There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.

After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

The elegant castle hotel is located in the mountains and overlooks the sea. The hotel's facilities are classical and modern, and there are five golf courses, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and exquisite gardens. There are many authentic medieval and Renaissance paintings, such as Velázquez's ”Portrait of King Fili IV of Spain”. This is a must-visit place for dignitaries and celebrities, such as the King of Morocco and the King of Spain's family. It was also the official reception hotel for the late President of my country, Li Xiannian, in 1984.

Palacio Can Marqués was one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful well restored palace in the heart of Palma walking distance to many things, yet quite peaceful and private. Our suite was full of character, from a fully stocked library to unique decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful family resort. Service are top. My kids love the mini disco and other kids activities! Lots of food choices for the half board. Unfortunately drinks are nit included. Room are spacious and beds are comfortable. I would go here again with my family.

The hotel itself has good facilities and a large swimming pool. But if you want to go to the beach, it is really not as convenient as a hotel by the beach. And the beach shops in this area have serious slaughter of customers. It is better to live as close to the upper part of the beach as possible. Pure Salt is recommended. Although the general room facilities are average, the surrounding atmosphere is very good. There are many delicious restaurants, shops and everything are more formal and cheaper. If you have high requirements for the room, it is recommended to add some money to book a room with a sea view, because it has been completely renovated so it is better.

The Hotel is just amazing! It offers every service you will need . Near the seaside the location is very well. The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them. Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea. Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices. The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones. But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful. It’s really worth it to stay here.

The hotel is very clean, and the location is very good. The bus station leading to the city center is a dozen meters away. It is very convenient, and the sea is absolutely amazing as soon as you go out! It's really comfortable to walk around the hotel directly after eating.
