I took two buses from the airport. It took about 20 minutes by bus to get to the city center. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach, so it was great that I could go there easily both in the morning and at night! There was a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. I was initially given a double-bedded room, but since I was traveling with friends, I asked the front desk and they changed it to a twin room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of cheeses, hams, fruits, and breads! I definitely recommend adding breakfast (you can add it locally for a fee). The pool was also beautiful. It was a very nice hotel.

Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best.

The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in. But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x

Located near the city center (about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 18 minutes to the city center), the airport bus takes about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport The room is simple, the white exterior with transparent windows is very beautiful, the mini bar is free to drink but not restocked. There is a hair dryer but no kettle. There is a bug that sometimes the shower will suddenly have very hot water (I don’t know if it’s a problem with my room or all rooms) The staff are very nice, they will greet you when you enter and leave the hotel, you can also ask them for hot water, and there is a bicycle rental service at the front desk. The breakfast is delicious, a large disc-shaped bread that is a local specialty is delicious.

A very nice clean hotel. Positives: Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

It was one of the cutest hotels I have stayed in. It is perfectly located. Wonderful hotel, light, airy, and super clean . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. So much choice, fresh and nutritious. I will not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend to others. Thank you for making my stay pleasant..

Good location next to shops, buses, and taxis. The free parking is convenient. The room is simple and a bit worn but comfortable. We stayed right after the flooding which took out the lifts, but the staff did a great job and we could not tell of any other damage.

GgosomewhereThe hotel is located not too far from the city center, and the public transportation is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk back to the airport bus. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the attractions. The hotel suite is large, air-conditioned, well decorated, and very comfortable to live in. There is a luggage storage service, which is very modern and recommended.

The shower could be a little cleaner. The service at reception was friendly and accommodating. Very nice location, close to the water, nice pool area. You can quickly walk into the city. And the airport is not far either.

GGuest UserWow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Much love xx

CCindyTsangWe took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared. The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is poor. No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception. The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day trip Photos failed to upload to here for many times

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax. The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think. We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
