The hotel's location is excellent. The subway station is right outside the Grand Bazaar entrance, making it just a one-stop ride away. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the museum. Upon arrival on the first day, the parking attendant was very attentive and helpful. A kind and gentle young lady from Xinjiang, with beautiful big eyes, at the front desk was incredibly patient in introducing local attractions to us. Another lovely young lady with short hair kindly advised us to avoid eating at the Grand Bazaar and suggested Hotan Second Street instead. On the second day, Xiaoxiong at the front desk was also incredibly efficient. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service.

I discovered upon arrival that the hotel is located outside the scenic area, but luckily I had bought a 24-hour unlimited entry/exit pass. However, the hotel's location did not impact the views in the slightest. While it was too dark to see anything at night, the morning scenery was truly breathtaking. The hotel is right on the edge of Sayram Lake, offering views of both the mountains and the lake. It would have been perfect if the hotel could have upgraded our room type to one where we could see the starry sky, though of course, that also depends on the weather. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast. Overall, we found the room type to be good value for money. Our stay experience was excellent, and our child absolutely loved it.

I was recommended this place by xhs. At first, I only had hope for the location. After all, the geographical location is the primary condition for choosing a B&B. This can't be wrong. The Mufeng Lake View King Room I stayed in has a small terrace with two chairs. It's really a perfect photo location. Of course, the weather needs to be helpful 👍 👍 Although it's only 15 square meters, it's very cozy and well-equipped. You can see that the decoration and layout have been carefully thought out. The materials used in the hardware design are pretty good. The floor heating comes quickly. It was terribly hot on the first night. Hot water came as soon as the faucet was turned on. The hot water in the shower also came quickly. The shower head 🚿 was very dense. We didn't plan to take a shower at first, but we were tempted ~ [snickering] The blinds are very thoughtful. They are semi-transparent and fully blackout. They are private and romantic. There is a magnet in the middle of the curtain to prevent light from leaking. It's full of details. The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, snacks, tea sets... Overall, I'm very satisfied. If you don't mind the size of the space, there's nothing wrong with anything else 👍 The key point is that you can park your car at the door of the room and take things at any time. I like this 100 times! The service efficiency is also very high. I asked for a blanket and water, and everything was done very quickly and smoothly. The breakfast is buffet style. The ingredients are all vegetables. It suits my appetite. I especially like the local corn. It is soft, sticky, sweet, and unlimited refills. The restaurant scenery is also excellent! My appetite has improved [let me see]. You can wear local clothes and hats for free at the front desk to take pictures. You only need to pay a deposit. Finally, I have to praise the receptionist who received us. Atahan, a handsome guy from the Pamir Plateau, checked in and gave me a local Kyrgyz felt hat. He rode a scooter to lead me to the room and introduced the room configuration one by one. How to use small appliances is attentive, thoughtful and enthusiastic! You can see him anytime when you walk around the camp. Please ask him to show us other room types and take photos for us. The handsome guys are full of energy, smiling and have a very good personality👍👍. The first local who is talkative and willing to chat we met along the way. Maybe it’s because he speaks fluent Mandarin [snicker][snicker] The camp can’t be without Atahan. Haha. He is a funny and handsome guy. My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

I had stayed at HIYO when I was in Kashgar. The hotel’s location is about 15 minutes from the airport and conveniently close the a food bazaar. The hotel even has a nice view from the rooftop, unfortunately I wasn’t able to sit and enjoy since I went during the colder months. The owner and staff was so friendly and welcoming, he picked me up at the airport and when I had asked him for a recommendation for a tour guide, he found a tour guide within the day. The best part is we all spoke Cantonese which made my solo trip to Kashgar so much easier. Thank you Dong Dong for all of your help!

The lobby is full of pleasant aromas as soon as you enter the hotel. There are hot self-service ginger tea and various small candies on the table. The staff at each post are positive. The room is clean. I like the small box on the round table with various small daily necessities. It is very practical. You can see Jiangjun Mountain and the snow-capped mountains outside the window. It is super exciting. The hotel provides a rich and varied buffet breakfast. No. 1 sister is very kind and the service is very good. It is great [love]. I will continue to stay here next snow season and recommend it to friends.

Great hotel. I stayed 6 nights in total with Hilton during my stay in Urumqi. It was perfect. The hotel provides amenities, slippers and they have electric bidet which you can hardly find it in other hotels in China. Service was great too. The staffs assisted me with my luggage and parcels delivered to the hotel. Will definitely be back again

The location is incredibly convenient. There's a small mall right next to the hotel with popular spots like Luckin Coffee and Ba Wang Cha Ji, plus a variety of food options, making it very handy. In the evenings, there's a night market just downstairs where you can grab some fruit, handicrafts, or small trinkets. However, definitely steer clear of places like the Grand Bazaar, Hetian Second Street, or Jinquan Mall – they're a complete nightmare. Not only is there nothing special about them, but they're incredibly crowded, you can't find a taxi back, and I waited an hour for a bus only to not even be able to squeeze on. The super popular CCMall is also just a few hundred meters away, and the food there is excellent. I particularly recommend the Big Plate Chicken on the 5th floor. Both People's Park and Red Hill Park are within walking distance from the hotel, and Red Hill Park is definitely a must-see.

I came to Altay in winter, and this homestay captured me directly! When I opened the window, the world outside was covered in silver. The snow-capped mountains in the distance were shining in the sun, so beautiful that I was speechless. The room was heated enough, and lying on the soft bed was warm. The boss was very considerate and would prepare hot afternoon tea. After drinking it, my body was warm. I loved this cozy corner in this small town.
