Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The newly opened hotel has a good room space. The TV is close to the bed frame. The hair dryer needs to be replaced and adjusted. The quality is average. Other hardware facilities are OK. In addition, the second dryer in the laundry room (on the right) is probably of poor quality and the clothes cannot be dried. It is very close to Guiyang North Station. It takes at least 15 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, and you need to go through the underground tunnel (ps: There are few sidewalks on many roads in Guiyang. You need to go through the underground tunnel to reach the opposite side). The hotel signs have guidance and are easy to find. There are ”soliciting” agents along the way asking if you need to stay in the hotel. The front desk waiter has a good attitude and enthusiasm. You can get a souvenir when you check in. Thumbs up! When staying in the hotel, you can consider taking Metro Line 1 and get on the Guiyang North Station for public transportation to reach various attractions and check-in points. Overall, it is OK, it is recommended to choose to stay.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

Environment; there are many hotels around the fountain, and I still recommend the Crystal Orange Hotel. Although it is located in a downtown area, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun; Facilities and hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. It's right by the road, easy to find. There are many places to eat downstairs, and it's within walking distance of Minsheng Road and Zhengxin Street. The service is good, and the room type was upgraded for free. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the key is that the dishes are replenished when they are out, which is very good, so you don't have to get up early and rush to eat. The house is clean and hygienic, and bottled mineral water and drinks are given every day (not ice dew, which is better than Qinhuangdao Shangri-La. I get angry when I think of this. A 5-star hotel gives me ice dew to drink, which is speechless). The bed is not soft or hard, and it is generally comfortable to live in. I will choose Licheng next time if I have the chance.

Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Front counter staffs very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good mix with local dishes with few pastry , of course coffees are available. Location is reasonably good can access with taxi n Didi. The old is no dressing table n luggage stand.

I chose this place because I could check out late and have breakfast until 12 o'clock, which is suitable for people like me who stay in bed. The ordinary room is equipped with everything except the refrigerator. It is also very considerate to provide disposable toilet seats and disinfection towels. Another detail is that there is a row of hooks opposite the air outlet of the air conditioner. Hand-washed clothes can be hung here to dry. Don't worry about reaching out because there is a clothes drying rod. You can feel that the design is very attentive. I especially want to praise the memory pillows and mattresses for sleeping comfortably. When you wake up in the morning, your neck will not be uncomfortable. There are not many seats in the restaurant, but you can sit in the open air. The weather is very comfortable. If you are in a hurry, you can ask the waiter to pack it for you. There are not many kinds of meals, but each one is delicious. A small episode happened that night. The sewer of the sink leaked water. The customer service staff dealt with it immediately, upgraded another room for me, and helped to move the luggage. Next, let's talk about the flaws. The phone in the room can't make a call to the front desk, the TV remote control fails from time to time, and the hot water for bathing at night will be hot and cold, but not during the day. When I checked out, the customer service apologized to me again and gave me a souvenir very considerately. Such sincere service is enough to wipe out the unpleasantness caused by the little episode. I will give this place a five-star praise.

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a few days and found it to be very clean and reassuring. The chain brand is trustworthy. It is very close to the central area, only a kilometer or two away. Although it is near the train station, it is not too noisy. The front desk gave me an electricity card and a room card for charging in the house. There is only one washing machine, so it’s not good to have so many people washing it.

The housekeeper Xiao Yang's service is very considerate. I added the housekeeper's WeChat at the front desk. He followed up the service throughout the stay. He greeted me about the weather every day. If you need anything, you can contact me at any time through WeChat. It's very good. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Even if there is a wedding banquet, we were arranged to complete it✅. It's great. The National Day is very busy but very warm!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

This trip was quite rushed. The weather in Guiyang is very comfortable and suitable for vacation. The lady at the front desk called me in advance and was very satisfied with the room she arranged for me. When I checked in, she thoughtfully provided me with Guiyang travel guide. It was a surprise. Rooms The room floor is very high, and you can see the night view of the city center at night. Because I accidentally spilled water on the bed, I called the front desk and the room aunt took care of it quickly. The breakfast was not bad, and the overall service was also very good. It was convenient everywhere I went. Someone said hello and I was so embarrassed. I will definitely choose your place next time I come to Guiyang.

The facilities and services are nothing to say, super great! The young lady/brother who helped check in was very friendly and professional. Aircondition not working.. woke up both nights and mornings as Air conditioning suddenly stopped working. unable able to sleep well for the 2 nights. Technician came and checked on the first night and find room temperature about 25-26degC and fixed the AC. next morning A/C failed again. 2nd night woke up at 1 am from heat of the room. and AC again stopped working again…. so i called the Conciergr again. Unacceptable for a Sheraton badgel!

Before going to Qianhu Miao Village, I booked a hotel in Kaili to stay for one night. The front desk helped me upgrade to a large family room, which was a Spider-Man style room. The breakfast was also good! It was also very convenient to take a taxi to Qianhu Miao Village the next day. It took about 50 minutes to get there.

酒店服務態度非常到位，一到寨子門口，酒店管家大哥已經在門口，非常熱情，幫我們拿行李，交代我們怎麼玩，美女老闆娘非常nice，幫我們升級了全景浴缸房，！早餐幫忙送到房間，酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，非常好！酒店坐落在景區內，苗寨全景盡收眼底！躺床上就能觀賞到，根本不用去外面。酒店簡約而不簡單，將現代設計理念與實用性完美結合。寬敞的空間，合理的佈局，讓居住成為一種享受。高性價比，值得每一位追求品質生活的人士擁有。

The staff’s service is impeccable. As it is low season, they upgraded our room to the courtyard rooms and its lovely. They collected our dirty laundry, washed and sent it to our room for free. You can also request for complimentary feet soak. I tried to find wine late at night and while they dont have it, the staff sent me a glass of complimentary beer. Lots of smart features in the room and the breakfast is great. Location is right by Huangguoshu waterfalls entrance. Guests can also consider hoping over to nearby Bo Lian Hotspring for hotspring in the evening if theres nothing to do.

The atmosphere of the entire guest house is very good. All the staff I met during my stay were gentle, patient and enthusiastic. The room is large, clean and tidy, highly recommended. Pick-up and drop-off at scenic spots within three kilometers: Passenger tickets + hotel pick-up are required, allowing us to enter and exit the scenic spot twice in the morning and evening at staggered peaks. The three days and two nights of Huangguoshu tour experience is very good. You can go back to the hotel to eat and rest during the hottest time at noon. The facilities are very new. The front desk upgraded the view room for free, and the scenery is elegant. There is a large park across the road from the hotel. The water temperature of the hotel swimming pool is just right, the water quality is very good, and swimming is very comfortable.

The hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel .
