The hotel is beautiful, cozy.The fast lunch is very helpful.The price is also good.The restaurant is beautiful the food is wonderful.The cost is great.The room is also well ventilated, illuminated and air-conditioned. I asked to supply the room and they answered me promptly.

The hotel is cozy and staff are very receptible. The hotel has an old structure, but nothing makes the stay impossible. Breakfast is weak, few food options and the biff foods were constantly finished and delayed to rest. It also has a good cost benefit.

A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotel's been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!

Staff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a lot of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. There is no noise isolation. Literally constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.

Lovely hotel. Close to the beach. The stay were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The breakfast in the morning also very good quality and lots of variety. Meals at the hotel were good but we had soup and it was very salty. Bit overall a very nice hotel and very clean. I would stay again

Eu fui com o pé atras, mas o hotel é bem gracinha. Na recepcao fui atendido pela Fabiana e Elvis, que foram muito queridos e todo tempo me ajudaram, além da simpatia. O apartamento tem otimo ar condicionado, configuracao de cama de casal embaixo e uma de solteiro em cima. Quarto pequeno, mas organizado. Roupa de cama limpa, toalha idem! A cama era de molas e sentia que existiam umas 2 ou 3 molas da cama que estavam querendo sair, estavam mais levantadas. Café otimo, organizado, limpo e farto e a equipe é sensacional, sempre queridas e educadas. O banheiro do apt que fiquei tem porta transparente, o que não é legal. Enfim, pelo preco, achei muito bom! Pessoal é cuidado para manter tudo organizado!

Excellent location, service, cleaning, staff education and breakfast. It's just a pity that tapioca is provided only in the FDS. It's been an excellent experience. I'll come back more times.

The hotel is very good. I would tell friends and other family members. And when I return to Maceió, I would certainly host there again.

I am shocked about the high rating of this hotel. Here are a couple items that made this a location i would not recommend: - minimal signage: Having arrived at 7 on a Wednesday it was difficult to determine where to eat and little direction was provided. There was limited signage to know where to go or what time things opened. - Towel exchange at front desk: this must be difficult to manage during the high season and the desk struggled to do this while also tending to other guests. This might be better served out by the pool area. - Tissue squares for the toilet use: I have traveled quite a few countries and understand that restroom offerings vary from place to place, however the incredibly thin single ply individual squares from the dispenser to be used by the toilet did not make for a comfortable experience. I did not see this duplicated at other establishments in the area. - Paper to charge to room: walking around with a paper while hanging out at a pool vacation was difficult. It would be great to see a process where either this paper is a card or it can be linked to your room to assist with charging when ordering by the pool. - Location not ideal: if staying if the vicinity I suggest going closer to Ponte Verde. It is walkable with a bustling array of locations to eat at, however if you are looking for a more calm affair and don’t mind taking a ride share for your meals then you will be fine. - the pool is great: the pool was the best part of the hotel. Well shaded, large enough and well maintained.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon! Service was wonderful, the breakfast was large with a good variety. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several awesome northeastern restaurants! We felt very safe in this location!

Right off the beach, with great views of the Atlantic Ocean, exclusive beach access, two swimming pools are also available. Breakfast and Dinner were included. The food was excellent, and the amenities were comprehensive with a children's center, gym, and spa all on site. Many of the friendly staff speak good English with a fascination for American guests. It's right near some excellent shopping in the city. Airport transfers are easy and the city itself is picturesque with a mix of styles ranging from colonial to modern. Our room was a little tired but was clean and well kept, and they are renewing the accommodations room by room so they can keep the revenue stream going. Highly recommended!

The hotel has been very well-ready to our expectations. wide and comfortable rooms. All clean corridors. Staff are exceptional! You need to improve the process and check-in space, as well as the breakfast area seemed small for the hotel size, but I would certainly host again.

The Wave Suites Hotel offers a very positive experience, especially for families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited to accommodate a family of four people with quietness. This feature is a great differential, providing the comfort needed for travellers with children or groups. The food prepared in the restaurant is another highlight with tasty and well-prepared dishes. Morning breakfast, although continental and a little limited variety, fulfils its role, but could be even more attractive with more diversified options. The cleaning of the hotel deserves praise, being carried out with great care and attention to the details, which ensures a always pleasant environment. In addition, the care is exceptional: staff are sought, educated and ready to help, which directly contributes to a more pleasant and welcoming stay. Only the orders of the restaurant and bar that should contain the guest's subscription of the consumption, thus avoiding misnotations on the consumption tickets. Ipioca Beach is very beautiful and the location of the hotel is in a quiet location. The distance to the city of Maceió is a problem, especially because of the simple traffic track of AL 101 that causes congestion in several times, especially when music events occur nearby. In general, the Wave Suites Hotel is an excellent choice, especially for those who seek comfort, good service and a quality structure.

The bedrooms are so clean, comfrotable and fancy... And the staff makes sure you feel welcome and are clear about all the details from the hotel as soon as you arrive. The beach is spectacular!!! Regarding food, they have a QR system so that you can order which works perfectly, just like their Wi-Fi. What I would say regarding this point, though, is that they lack variety. We reached to Brisa after spending some days in Ocapora in Porto de Galinhas, so we were coming from an excellent, incredible service. The expectations were set high. Still, we found Brisa´s offer very, very limited. It´s like their food service was so desalinged with the excellence you see in every other aspect from the hotel. Also, I would recommend to anyone that´s not from the region to avoid the water they serve at the buffer. Only drink bottled water. My husband and I, having eaten different thing, both felt with the worst intoxication in a very long time.

Praia maravilhosa em frente do hotel, com maré baixa da pra fazer o passeio o caminho de Moisés. Hotel muito bonito, limpo, fiquei chalé jardim, quarto grande cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Comida muito boa, variada, café da manhã muito bom, bares com fila , mas nada que demore muito, cerveja e chopp gelado. Noite sempre um evento musical, sorvete, pizza, comida mexicanae hambúrguer a vontade. Atendimento muito bom no restaurante e bares.O que falta mais banheiros na área externa das piscinas precisa ser construído urgente.

Property is very well located, clean, pool was nice, view from the rooms were amazing. Staff were always very friendly and responsive. Carla and Andrea made our stay fantastic, gave us the best recommendations for tours around the city and accommodated any requests we had during our stay. The only small downside were the single beds in our rooms, they are quite small but I do understand this is the standard size in Brazil. Nevertheless it would be great if the hotel could upgrade them to bigger (double) beds int he future.

The staff are wonderful, all very educated. Soft bed, top shower, breakfast has varieties, everything is delicious! From the front of the beach. I have recommended great walks that were amazing.I recommend the hostel and I will surely come back. I've been a great day!

Excelente estrutura do hotel. Deck de madeira com cadeiras confortáveis, vista maravilhosa e acesso ao bar fácil. O hotel foi todo reformado e está ótimo de estrutura. Quartos simples, mas amplos e com tudo o que é necessário. Café da manha com vista para o mar. Café farto em variedades, principalmente de frutas e sucos naturais. Tapioca feita na hora. Só acho que poderia ter mais opção doce, só havia de coco com leite condensado. Cadeiras da praia simples e não muito confortaveis, mas as cadeiras e estrutura do deck é maravilhoso! Retornaria a me hospedar!
