1. The location is good, near the international airport, for an overnight sleep. Approximately 20 minutes drive.
2. The staff are courteous and helpful.
3. Room cleanliness needs improvement. The toilet bowl has flushing problem.
The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.
Everything is good. However pls consider noodles for breakfast ,this is a great idea for East Asian clients. Here are a few popular options you might consider:
Instant Ramen: Quick and easy, with various flavors to choose from.
Udon Noodles: Thick and chewy, often served in a savory broth.
Rice Noodles: Light and versatile, perfect for soups or stir-fries.
Soba Noodles: Made from buckwheat, these are healthy and delicious, served hot or cold.
Had the most phenomenal stay at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! The location is great and the hotel itself is very beautiful and classy, with thoughtfully designed rooms, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff, however, were the ones who truly made my stay in Dhaka memorable. Everyone here is incredible. I always felt like a VIP here and the staff were always willing to help me and ask how I was doing. Sajuti, especially, was so kind and helpful during my entire stay and I am so grateful for her. Shoutouts to Ayesha at the breakfast buffet, the outside security staff, and everyone down at the front desk as well.
Their behaviour good. Their are so friendly and also their service also good.it was great day in Their hotel.so i recommended everyone that you guys will come this hotel to stay.🖤
This hotel is located in the center of Dhaka. It seems that nice hotels are often located in areas away from the center, so if you have business near the center, such as sightseeing, I thought this was a very good location considering the terrible traffic congestion in the city.
Excellent hotel, clean room, snow-white bed linen, good restaurant, delicious food, there were no boiled vegetables for dinner, they made it for me, although I did not complain and did not ask, very attentive staff. Another huge plus is the SPA, good massage, there is a sauna. Thank you for the rest!
This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

MM J RahmanThe location is perfect, quite a quiet area. Everything nearby, walking distance to all embassy and Gulshan 2 also can take rickshaw cost 50 taka.
All the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.
Special thanks to the manager who helped me with the car . He asked the driver to take me to the airport in the morning when i was unable to get Uber or Taxi.
The room was very clean and big, and have 24-hour security guards.
Very smooth check-in, also they printed some documents for me on requests, very helpful staff.
The only suggestion is to have English breakfast for those who don't have heavy continental breakfast.
Always great service, I have stayed there the last few times when I visited Dhaka
TTiduIt is a relatively cost-effective hotel in Bangladesh. The most attractive thing is that there is a shopping mall across the road, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.
AAbdus S MajidLovely hotel, good breakfast, reasonable value for the money paid, Close to Airport in Uttara Sector 1, awesome part of Dhaka. Uber anywhere you like easily. And the staff are really good. Room was so clean and everything worked! I'm a Dhaka regular will rebook again Thanks
GGuest UserAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
LliqunThe interior of the hotel is quite good, the room facilities are of high quality, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is rich, and the staff are very warm and decent. I didn’t ask for a ride at the hotel, so I used Uber, which was cheaper than asking for a ride at the hotel. The traffic in Dhaka is very congested, so be sure to allow extra time to catch your flight.
NNico BossIt's a good hotel but they were making renovation during the day it was loud and gave me headache they give me another room but that didn't help. .i needed to do some work and calls it was impossible. But the staff and manager were very friendly . I suggest if you want not to disappoint your guests shut down the place for a couple of days and make the renovation 24/7 till it's finished .than you avoid angry guests who stay away next time. Because they pay top price for uncomfortable stay in pearl hotel .
PPatrick van SchaikVery good free breakfast, excellent and most helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance from the new subway and the National Parliament building by architect Louis Kahn. In fact you can even see the National Parliament building from the rooftop restaurant. Fun chaotic street in front of the hotel.
VVivienxianyuqingThe room was good for Bangladesh, and it looked good in the photos, but the details were not very good. There was dust and a lot of dirt on the carpet, probably because they didn't vacuum. The toothbrush cup in the bathroom was very dirty, so I used a glass water cup to rinse my mouth.
BBenjyWangHotel staff is good, because the wrong date, the hotel agreed to a full refund, booked two rooms are different agents, one of the agents directly refunded in full, and the other Taiwan agent directly refused to refund, because one booked for six days, and later sent the hotel staff chat message to the agent after deduction After a day of room charges, the final payment was refunded. Ctrip has been coordinating the whole process. The problem is stuck at the agent. The first day is not refunded. The next day, after multiple coordination, it is refunded for five days, but the room fee for one day is deducted, and the hotel does not charge any fees. So if you book an agent, you must be optimistic about the time and the refundable time point. I booked the wrong date because I booked it after a month. I made a mistake first, one of the agents was stuck and did not refund, and I booked the same date next month.
