Hotel ideally located and clean.
However, the rooms are very small, breakfast is also quite expensive, 20€.
There is also room for improvement in the knowledge of the employees, they booked me a taxi to the airport at a time when the airport was still closed (i.e. 4:45 a.m. but the airport opens at 5:30 a.m.). Not a big deal, I waited outside the entrance for the airport to open but I could have slept a little more :)

Hotel stay was comfortable but the room service allowed yourself to forget about the evening service for three days. Bedding was changed once every three days... but smile and politely promise.

This property is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Résidence Néméa le Domaine des Dunes is located in Mimizan-Plage, in the heart of a pine forest, just 800 meters from the beaches and various shops. It offers a heated indoor swimming pool, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna.
All units include a seating and dining area. Some units have a terrace or a balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher. A microwave, toaster and coffee machine are provided.

I was very disappointed. I asked in the comments a room next to the lake I found it in a small room or the quality was not there at all. For the first with your site I am particularly disappointed. The hotel is not a low-level hotel, but I think booking on your site must have a low-level room. I extended my stay by one night by booking the hotel where I had a room next to the lake and it is day and night in relation to the room of your site. I will not renew with you

The hotel is just as amazing as we expected. The room was cozy and clean. We loved the spa facilities, sauna and hammam (the pool temperature could be even warmer). Service was great too. Parking was available for 17 euro for the whole stay (1 night). It's just at the seafront and you could walk out to the beach from the hotel spa/pool. Services were exceptional too. There are room service available and also two restaurants (menu seemed nice, with vegetarian options but we didn't have the chance to try it). Will recommend it!

En general, buena sensación. Limpieza muy correcta. Piscina para adultos y otra para niños y espacios comunes limpios y muy agradables: terraza exterior, zonas de estar y lectura en el interior. En la propia recepción posibilidad de tomar café, refrescos, etc. La ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa y de servicios. Si, como en nuestro caso, no es muy importante una habitación con decoración actualizada, nada negativo que decir. Recomendable.

L’hôtel mériterait une petite rénovation , mais tout le reste est super .

GGuest UserI really like this hotel, the location is perfect for the old town, with shops, bars, cafes etc within a few metres walk. The main transport square is only maybe 50m away, with lots of buses and bikes. It’s such a cool vibe inside the hotel, like 70’s style. Very friendly staff, very good value. The breakfast is ok, like a continental selection, nothing hot (apart from boiled eggs) but it’s fine. I’m on the second floor and here is a slight fan type noise all the time, it’s quieter as you go down each floor, but I’ve slept well. The veranda is a little grubby, as is the central outdoor area, but everything else is immaculate. Don’t expect that perfect modern hotel look, the bathroom for example looks “dated” but that’s the point - it’s really clean and looks so cool and homely, not like all the usual modern hotels that have no character. Good selection of books downstairs. I really like the place, originally booked 3 nights but extended that to just over a week which says something. Only marked 3 for Services as there’s not much else other than rooms, a chill out area and the breakfast room, so don’t expect spas/pools etc

GGuest UserAtrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

DDumasBasic hotel, the rooms are too simple but clean. Everything went well during our stay, but apart from check-in, there was never any staff at the reception or hotel, which is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. One night, I waited more than ten minutes in front of the reception to get a key.

GGuest UserWij zijn nu 3x in het hotel geweest om te overnachten na een ziekenhuis opname. Vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie en goede studiokamers voorzien van magnetron en een kleine kookgelegenheid. Ook het serviesgoed voor 2 personen ontbreekt niet. De bedden zijn prima evenals de badkamer met bad.

KKara TaiThis hotel is in a fantastic location, in the middle of many shops and restaurants. International brand shopping is within walking distance. The views from the window are outstanding. The bed is comfortable.
The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat and other sites.
My only complaint is that I found several hairs in the shower upon inspecting the room. This issue should be addressed with housekeeping.

GGuest UserThis hotel is fab for a break, it is ideally located in the port with fantastic views, the room with a balcony is a must for relaxing with a glass of wine and soaking up the atmosphere, the buffet breakfast was a great start to the day with lovely bread choices from croissants to chocolate cake with plenty fresh fruit, scrambled eggs beans and cereals all in all it was a great stay would definitely go again

GGuest UserVery nice location, the rooftop with a bar, restaurant and pool overlooking the ocean, Nic place for sundowner, has dinner the the restaurant food was amazing, the seafood was very fresh and tasty. Breakfast was limited, for 23€ it was expensive. Restaurant 2 mins walk, Rocher de la Vierge and aquarium de biaritiz about 10mins walk, small cala and beach along the way. Staff are very friendly both at the reception and in the restaurants.
