Phòng ở tầng 5. Nói chung phòng ốc khá sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên cách âm chưa tốt nên buổi sáng vẫn nghe thấy rõ tiếng nói chuyện ngoài hành lang.
