I left two items in the room before I left. The hotel staff found them when they checked the room and took them back for me twice. This is the best part of the hotel. The rest is not so good. The room is very small and the setting is the standard of a 2-star hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant is not good. If you have stayed in a hotel in Nha Trang before, you will find that the hotel in Dalat is quite different from it. Fortunately, the sanitation is relatively clean. But overall, I can't believe that I am staying in a 4-star hotel, even though it is marked as such on Google Maps.

Suitable for those who go on vacation, in it is quite sad, building each villa, so there is no view of this apartment to see the other one. In the evening there are few lights around, so it is very dark, a bit far from the city, suitable for those who want to relax separately, there is a walking space.

hotel is good with clean room and tasty food. however, the villa is not connected to each other, so when it rains, going outside of the place will be a challenge. further, external facilities like spa are quite far.

This resort is located in the mountains, 30-40 minutes from downtown Dalat. Because it's in the mountains, the air itself is different, and the resort is spacious and has a well-made walking path around the river, so it's good for walking in the morning and evening. There are several peacocks and they are friendly. Resort facilities include tennis, badminton, table tennis, and billiards, and there is also an area for children to play next door. There is a fireplace in the accommodation, which creates a nice a**osphere at night and keeps the humidity in check. I enjoyed watching the latest Korean movies on TV (Mogadishu, Okay Madam, Crime City 3, etc.) Since there is a terrace, I can personally spend time with nature morning, day, and night. The downside is that it can be noisy as you can easily hear the sound from the room next door.

Classic, elegant, rich and grand, the front desk service is attentive. Especially since I don’t understand English or Vietnamese, I just relied on the translation software to guide me to get my ticket. It was great.

The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Room is clean and deco is nice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Daily breakfast is good. Staff from counter check in to service staff in the morning breakfast are friendly and made our stay so pleasant. Highly recommend to any travellers to stay in this hotel when in Dalat.

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

This hotel is very clean and very cheap. Because our plane took off slowly, we randomly booked it for 5 hours. I didn’t expect it to be cheap and nice. The service staff was very polite👍

It's cold. There's no separate heating, so it was cold at night, and especially since the shower room is on the outside wall, I couldn't even think about washing at night and only showered in the morning. At first, I struggled for hours because the water didn't come out, but when I looked at the electric distribution box, the hot water circuit breaker was down, so I turned it on and warm water came out. Here, too, each person has a room and rents out rooms to other people. When I called when I arrived, someone showed up at the empty reception. They'll tell you the room number and password by email, but you can't take the elevator until you meet them, so you should tell them the check-in time when you make your reservation or call them like I did. But the location is good, so you can get to the night market right away when you go down from the accommodation. There's a washer and dryer, so I was satisfied.
