I fully appreciate the historical renovation to make this old Han a comfortable hotel. The arcade gallery halls above the courtyard are beautiful. But I was surprised that the large restaurant (enclosed) courtyard allowed smoking. When I went to breakfast there were people smoking next to and behind the table I chose. My room was a corner 'suite' - which meant it had an extra kind of nook that barely had room for a small chair. I opened one of the windows for night air - but because I was on the side of the hotel that backs on to a street where delivery trucks come and go for a nearby grocery store, the early morning noise was especially bad. The painting on the cross vaulted ceiling was lovely. The bed was clean and comfortable. But the bathroom did not have hot water, no matter how long I waited - and such poor drainage that the whole bathroom floor was soon a puddle. The hand-held spray device was cosmetic - not even attached to real plumbing. Though there was a room service menu, it became very clear with one call that there is not really room service at this hotel. Indeed the restaurant staff seemed rather grumpy or bored at all times. There should be a relationship with the fabulous old hammam next door to this hotel - but apparently the hotel and hammam have no coordinated booking. I stayed here one night and am sorry to say I was glad to leave.

If you want the comfort and warmth of home, clean and reliable, I think you should stop searching now and make your reservation at Sultan Hotel with your eyes closed. Ms. Zeynep and Ms. Elif will greet you as soon as you enter the hotel. They are truly valuable people who love their job and do it with a smile. I would like to thank them again and again. We stayed 3 times at different times due to my wife's university exams. If we were really at home, we could be this comfortable. Even though we arrived at the hotel early, they never kept us waiting. They gave us our room. Even though we did not have the right to breakfast on the first day of arrival, they served us a nice and varied breakfast. I think the name of this place should not be Sivas Sultan Hotel, it should be My House in Sivas😁💯👏👏👏👏 If we ever come to Sivas again, we know that we have friends and a home there to meet us. Thank you Sivas Sultan Hotel Family👏👏👏👏👏👏

Firstly, I preferred that she was not satisfied with another hotel and was in a very functional street in the city centre. Mehmet Bey, a consilier who works with incredibly laughterful helper. The rooms were widely pleasant and clean. It wasn't old, it wasn't very new, but it was beautiful. The airport service is leaving right in front of the hotel. As far as the negatives are concerned, the hotel has spasm operated by others but is incurred and old. Renewable. Breakfast products are bad, not dirty, but they have put a day-to-night staying plots for bread only. They need to improve breakfast. I was generally happy. If I come back, I would stay in this hotel because of the location, the rest of the hotel and the pleasure of the room.

Dear Savona Hotel staff Hey Sivasa I stayed in one of the good and quality hotels. I can say, especially, that it is a privilege to be in the city centre and location. Also, all staff friends who work are trying to do their duties with the greatest value they can. This is especially our hotel director Yalçın, a beautiful person with heart. He is trying to continue with every problem of his hotel guests, he does not care and care. Our daughter Berfin, one of our friends in the restaurant department, is trying to fulfill her duty with the decent. Of course, because of recent economic problems, our hotel has gone to some restrictions, even if minimal. But despite all this, I will definitely recommend a hotel... I can't go through without saying, there is a SPA center in the hotel and there are people who really know their very good job. That's why I want to thank Hazal Madam extra. Respect in hope of seeing you again

This is my first stay in Sivas and at the Caicavus Hotel. It is rare to say such things about big hotels, but ”I was like at home.” I'm better understood by families traveling with small children. The hotel staff friendly met us with husband and an annual daughter, helped to accommodate with our many:)) suitcases. Placed us on the 4th floor. The room was spacious, clean, light and with all the convenience facilities. The room has a baby bed even for the baby, which is also important for the service level. We also express our sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for the excellent breakfasts. Open buffets with many delicious delicious things. All fresh, appetite, delicious. Thanks to the kind and polite staff, an atmosphere of good rest and excellent mood has been created. It is nice when people treat their cause with dedication and responsibility. Come again! Thank you all!
