The hotel is large and seems new, or at least well renovated. Large pool. Very friendly staff. Very close to the beach and a large pool. A little disappointed with the evening buffet, but the breakfast is excellent. There's a supermarket and a shopping mall right next door. Honestly, go there, you won't be disappointed.

I have stayed twice at the Nine and both times have been good experiences. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are missing a mini bar and toiletries which would have been nice to have.

I love this hotel. It's newly opened and very clean. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. The service is exceptional, and they'll help you call a taxi and negotiate prices. Everyone is incredibly friendly. We stayed there for eight nights, on and off, and it was a fantastic experience. It's very close to the airport (20 RMB), the Blue and White Town and the ruins of Carthage (20 RMB), and a 10-minute walk from the Medina. Everything was perfect.

A pleasant stay. Lake Tunis in front of the hotel is beautiful, and you can enjoy the lake view from your room balcony. The hotel lobby is grand, and the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms were all very friendly. The breakfast ingredients were fresh. Although it's relatively close to the airport, you can barely hear the noise of planes taking off and landing when the doors and windows are closed. Standing on the balcony, you can hear the planes taking off and landing, but the noise isn't loud, and it seems like there aren't many flights taking off and landing each day.

- Access to the car park is not easy for someone who is not familiar with the streets of the capital.

Beautiful hotel. Single room a little too small. Really accurate and precise service with towel change in the evening and room check. Only negative note they didn't call me for the wake up call even though I recommended it... I hope next time they give me a bigger room 😀
