Very nice home ! Room, breakfast of good standard!
I regret my bad experience with a taxi near the hotel, which I found aggressive!
But OK ! They are not all the same!
I recommend this hotel!
Next to the old city, the newly built building is modern and clean. There are many kittens and puppies nearby. There is a shopping mall next to it with cat and dog food on the basement floor. You can ask the restaurant for a box to pack the leftover food for them for free. There are small animals wandering around at the entrance of the parking lot, the two paths on the left and right of the parking lot, and under the tree on the left side of the hotel in the clock direction. The traffic in front of the hotel is very chaotic and people have to be very careful when crossing the road. Many small animals are hit and killed every day. If you are not in a hurry, you can feed them at will, at least you can have a good meal in their short life. Before leaving, I saw a kitten that was hit and killed under the tree on the left side of the hotel. Because there was cement and asphalt around, I couldn't help him rest in peace. Alas.
The hotel management seems to have some problems. I was still outside in the morning of the check-out day. The Ctrip staff helped me contact the front desk to delay the check-out for one hour. The feedback said that the total delay was two hours, that is, check-out at 2 pm. After I went back at 12:30, the front desk confirmed the check-out time, which delayed me for a while. After I had processed it and entered the room, a guy at the front desk knocked on the door and said awkwardly that I needed to check out immediately because the room was fully booked today. But there were still many vacancies of the same type online...
It was already midnight when I arrived. All the payments were made online (including two taxes). The check-in staff also confirmed it for a long time, and finally asked me to pay the tax. I was sure that I had paid online again. I gave him a link to the Chinese and English versions of the pdf, but it didn't work. I had to forward all the emails (Chinese sent by Ctrip) and tell him what it meant... Later, he saw that it was too late and still processed it for me first. Later, I thought they had confirmed it, but after not giving me a delay, I went to the front desk and was hesitant about the tax for a long time. They told me that the exchange rate was CNY, which was not cost-effective for them? ? ? Which country's platform will definitely show the currency of the country I am booking on? I used a British card to pay in pounds. In theory, the pound exchange rate is so high that it is not suitable for me, but this is not the same thing. It seems like I am taking advantage? There was a guy at the front desk who was very nice. When I asked for a paper bag or plastic bag to put my things in, he found me a canvas bag from the hotel. He was also very friendly. I feel that the chain brand staff here have a natural preconceived invisible discrimination against Asian faces, a stereotype...
But ordinary people here are generally very nice, much better than Morocco, Egypt, Jordan and other underdeveloped Middle Eastern countries. Many people are kind-hearted, and they are just curious about Asian faces and want to say a few words. They are also better to cats and dogs than in Türkiye.
Really very good, the room is large and clean, there are 4 kinds of pillows. The executive lounge on the 5th floor is delicious, and we often stay in the lounge and don't want to leave. The staff are also very enthusiastic.
First of all, just arrived in the room housekeeper seems to knock on the wrong door, and then found a strange hair on the bathroom towel. The bathrobe was all threaded. The cocktail made by the pool was not good, far worse than Radisson blu. The technology needed to be improved on the equipment head. The restaurant on the roof was too dark and the menu could not be seen clearly. The restaurant by the pool is good, the food is very good, w is the leading girl who seems to have no idea what she is doing, led us to a table that is not cleaned up, but there are actually many tables empty. Again, the hotel logo is not very clear, and many guests are constantly looking for their own room. Breakfast is OK. Overall, if measured by the standards of the four seasons, this may be the most embarrassing Four Seasons Hotel I have ever stayed in. By the way, the garden can be taken care of more carefully.
Visited during Ramadan which is challenging for the local staff, nevertheless everything and everybody met our expectations! A special thank you to Houcine during breakfast who was very tentative and welcoming every day, it was a joy to visit the breakfast buffet every day.
I have stayed twice at the Nine and both times have been good experiences. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff is very friendly.
The rooms are missing a mini bar and toiletries which would have been nice to have.

The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation. It is very close to the old city of Medina and not far from the surrounding attractions. There are many businesses around the hotel, which is suitable for tourists to deeply experience the real life of local people. The hotel service is good, and the overall aura is still there. There are fewer breakfast varieties, and the room facilities are a bit old. It depends on personal experience. It is recommended for friends who come to Tunisia for the first time to choose to stay.
Thanks to Ahmed for such recommendation, and provided care. We fail in love with such customer service care by all team members specially guest relation manager Wissal! She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !
The following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 109 that day. Hotel location: Tunisia has inconvenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. It's the off-season, so there aren't many people, so there isn't much variety. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

Very Good

SScorpionmadeThe hotel is well located by the beach, which is what I was looking for, but it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for. The majority of staff are friendly and welcoming. I had a relaxing time here and I would come back again. I have to say, the Thai restaurant there is amazing! They have authentic Thai food and great service. I was there two nights in a row. And also a nice selection of food for breakfast!
Great experience!
Cold feedback, would be to keep the 5 stars standard at all times.
GGuest UserIt was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.
HhakimThe room facilities are good, the breakfast is rich, there are restaurants around, and it is convenient to go to various places. It is very suitable for short-term business trips. There is a park near the hotel and it is relatively quiet.
GGuest UserContinued to live.
If you don't have a lot of money for travel/business trip, this hotel has good value for money. Definitely not a place for tour groups.
It's very close to the train station, about a five-minute walk. It is very convenient for a day trip to Sousse and El Jem. To go to Sidi bou Said and Carthage, you need to take a bus to Tunis Marine, which may take 15 minutes on foot.
GGuest UserThe Residence Tunis
My stay at The Residence Tunis was simply exceptional. Nestled along the Mediterranean, this hotel seamlessly blends traditional Tunisian charm with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer stunning sea views. Dining is a delight with a variety of exquisite options, especially the fresh seafood at L’Olivier. The Thalasso Spa provides an unparalleled relaxation experience, and the attentive staff ensure every need is met with a smile. Whether lounging by the infinity pool or exploring the private beach, every moment here is pure bliss. Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat.

GGuest UserGreat location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.

AAnonymous UserThe small street where the hotel is located is the entrance to the Tunisian Ministry of Interior, so the street entrance is guarded by armed police. The hotel facilities are mediocre, the rooms are quite large, and the breakfast is lackluster and not much to eat.
GGuest UserThis hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.
