-10/10 for the room, location, and cleanliness with nice city view of the city. -1/10 for Seevices. PM staff at the reception looked exhausted, and I did not feel welcomed at checking in. -5/10 for breakfast as some of the food were cold instead of keeping them warm. FB staff had 0 service skills. No communication and ignoring customers. - It is so difficult to see a smile from any staff here except the security guy. This is my second stay here, but last time was 200% better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to a major shopping mall, which made it easy to grab meals, shop, and explore without needing a taxi. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like a baby every night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room felt brand new. One thing that stood out was the staff. They were all friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made check-in and asking for recommendations a breeze. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place near the mall, this hotel is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again

The hotel is very convenient, located right next to a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants, including a steakhouse, pizzeria, Japanese restaurant, hot pot, and more. Breakfast offers a wide selection, such as sushi, salad, cheese, bread, cake, boat noodles, Indian curry, and other Asian dishes. The guests are so many lead to queue. The room is spacious and quiet at night. The shampoo and body wash smell great, and the bathroom fittings are nicely designed. However, during our stay, we experienced heavy rain, and unfortunately, water seeped through the wall. The hotel is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, and a restaurant with a view

Nice hotel with awesome sofa overlooking either ocean or mountains. Staffs are professional and friendly. Only drawback is location. Impossible to get grab or taxi other than calling one from hotel staff for 2.5x normal price

Lovely hotel with two different facilities-the garden wing was opened in late 2024 and the ocean wing was fully renovated during the pandemic.  Both are lovely facilities.  The ocean views from the pool and restaurant in the ocean wing are stunning while the pool and terraced lounging area and gardens at the garden wing are excellent for swimming and tanning.  Both have excellent pool-side bar service. The garden wing also has a cafe with perhaps the best latte in the area.  The breakfast was served at the ocean wing and was okay; it was a bit uncomfortable though because people brought pets into the breakfast area.  The gym was rather basic for a facility that is excellent in other categories. All of the staff were nice. Unfortunately, I only got the name of one of them.  Mr. Of was friendly and he and his colleagues always greeted us warmly coming and going.

The location is easy to find just as it the main road. The lobby is spacious with well decorated. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good with various choices

Our hostess in the restaurant Fon was very good in organizing food orders for us and quick to sort out the cupuchino machine when the milk stopped. She knew my surname, and that was important in the details about the guests. The hotel was quick to sort out queries we had.

Very nice hotel. Big room seaview. WiFi good. Breakfast good. Have fit centre. Very good sunshine Beach very near hotel. 2 minutes. Evening have seafead dinner local peices. Very good with wife or lover. Only 3 minutes have 7/11 for drink. Good holiday.

Let's start with the fact that this hotel is convenient only when you have a car. That is why we chose a hotel about 5 km from the sea, focusing on the cost of ~5000 tr with breakfast for a family room (we are traveling 2 adults, 3 children). We had a late check-in, managed to check in before 22:00, there is no 24-hour reception, so we had to constantly write by email that we were on the way. They answered us promptly. The hotel is not new, but we did not pay much attention to the furniture, the most important thing is that the room is clean, cleaning every day, they wash the bathroom, the floors are thorough, the curtains are of course not very clean. Towels are changed daily, water, tea, coffee. For 4 guests. The hotel itself is clean. The pool deserves special attention. It is really cool. The water is warm. It is both in the shade and in the sun. The children swam with pleasure both in the morning and in the evening. There is a jacuzzi, the children's pool did not work. The territory is well-groomed, green, cleaned daily, there are a lot of leaves, but they are constantly trampled. There is a small gym and a sauna on the territory of the pool. The hotel is empty, there are very few vacationers. It seemed to us that the hotel worked only for us. This is of course a huge plus, silence, tranquility. But for several days we stayed overnight, apparently the workers actively smoked on the territory of the hotel. Breakfasts are 99% Asian cuisine, but there were sausages, scrambled eggs and ham. There was a terribly shortage of pastries with coffee. The coffee is very strong! On the 4th day, I really didn’t want to go to breakfast. But the staff is very friendly, polite and you can feel that they want to solve all the issues so that we can relax comfortably. There is also parking for cars and motorbikes, as well as charging for electric. Would we return to this hotel again? Definitely yes, for 2-3 days. Since we had a very good impression of the hotel. Within walking distance there are cafes for every taste, a BIGc store.

Very good hotel, clean, spacious, very good service staff. In the room itself Clean and has complete facilities. Very impressed if I go to Rayong again. Definitely must visit here again. and the hotel is in the city It's convenient to travel anywhere. In the nearly area, there are shopping malls, markets, 7-11, everything is very satisfying.
