I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Rayong, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. One of the highlights of my stay was the top-notch amenities provided in the room. The hotel thoughtfully includes a portable steam iron, which was incredibly convenient for keeping my clothes wrinkle-free throughout my trip. This small detail made a big difference, especially for business travelers or anyone who wants to look sharp while on vacation. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining the room’s pristine condition, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. What impressed me the most was the quality of sleep I had. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with plush pillows and soft, high-quality linens. I had a restful and uninterrupted sleep every night, which is something I truly appreciate when traveling. Overall, Hilton Rayong exceeded my expectations with its well-thought-out facilities, cleanliness, and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return on my next visit to Rayong!

Nice looking hotel but way below the standard expected for a Marriott. Very badly organised, waited 45 to check in, should have a separate desk to tell guests about the facilities not with check in. In general poorly managed and staff didn’t know what was going on, what was open or closed.

Initially booked for a business trip, but pleasantly surprised by its family-friendly features. The rooms resemble well-equipped studio apartments, featuring a small kitchenette and a comfortable living space. The beds are exceptionally cozy. The booking comes with a complimentary breakfast, providing an excellent opportunity to savor authentic Thai cuisine.

Silversand Resort offers a wonderful beachfront experience with an unbeatable location right on Ao Phai Beach. While only a few rooms are directly sea-facing, we stayed in a garden view room that was still well-appointed and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast features a decent variety, including a live egg station, salad bar, breads, pancakes, rice, curry, vegetables, and fresh coffee. One small note is that the 10:00 AM cutoff for breakfast felt a bit early given the laid-back island atmosphere—perhaps a slightly extended timing would better suit guests on vacation mode. The resort maintains a no-smoking policy in its restaurant area (except some designated corner space), including the beachfront section. While this is appreciated from a health and family-friendly perspective, it may feel a bit restrictive for guests looking to fully unwind in an open-air setting. That said, the overall experience—from the location and food to the service and accommodation—was excellent. It is on the pricier side, but the quality and beachfront charm make it a worthwhile choice for couples or anyone seeking a relaxing island escape.

I agree with all the previously positive reviews. I liked everything about this hotel. The standard room in the B23 house is a great room: a huge bed, a view from the window, a large terrace, umbrellas, a lantern, and an electric flycatcher. The beach is not quite suitable for swimming, but by leaving your things on the hotel beach loungers, you can go swimming on the neighboring beach.

This might be a perfect place for grandparents, located in the middle of nowhere, there are no activities, no entertainment, not even music. Was the most boring place I’ve ever been. Is very clean and the pools are nice, food is also delicious. The front desk wasn’t as nice and welcoming as other places we’ve been in Thailand, but that’s not a big issue. Oh, also didn’t like the fact we had to pay 100baht for the laundry bag. First time in my life I wasn’t allowed to take the laundry bag. Incredible haha

-10/10 for the room, location, and cleanliness with nice city view of the city. -1/10 for Seevices. PM staff at the reception looked exhausted, and I did not feel welcomed at checking in. -5/10 for breakfast as some of the food were cold instead of keeping them warm. FB staff had 0 service skills. No communication and ignoring customers. - It is so difficult to see a smile from any staff here except the security guy. This is my second stay here, but last time was 200% better.

Our hostess in the restaurant Fon was very good in organizing food orders for us and quick to sort out the cupuchino machine when the milk stopped. She knew my surname, and that was important in the details about the guests. The hotel was quick to sort out queries we had.
