I had a wonderful experience with Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai. A very peaceful stay. Very clean room, plenty of amenities and a very nice place to stay over all. I had great food as well. I loved their spa and the massages I had were wonderful. The view from the roof was super cool, and the pool was nice. All hotel staff were kind and went out of their way to help me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable, Stay with Nimman!

This trip makes it worth travelling to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Our 5D4N stays was amazing, cosy and location is super convenient to any night markets, shopping mall and even to supermarket etc.
Thank u to all the staff for making the room with birthday deco and complimentary cakes.
Only one thing is the noise level especially you booked staying the corner room.
Overall is excellent!! Including their breakfast
Will visit again soon !!

Hotel room was huge and spacious. The front desks and staff were all really friendly and helpful (whenever we needed to borrow an umbrella or requested for more water)
The buffet spread was great too. One minor thing was that the pillows provided were too low/soft - but that’s to each their own.
Proximity wise, very close to One Nimman (just opposite the street) and MAYA shopping centre

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the night market. The room was clean, but the bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable for sleeping. The receptionist was not helpful when I requested a king bed—she simply said the hotel was full and did not offer any alternatives. Breakfast was okay.
Good value for money, good breakfast, clean, comfy bed and pillow, friendly and efficient service. My only beef is location. from Maya mall is still within walking distance, but walking is not really convenient particularly when it rains and the road the connects the hotel to the main road is puddled.

Stayed at a really good hotel recently and had a great experience! The location is excellent—conveniently close to shops, cafes, and key attractions, yet still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Definitely a place I’d come back to—highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!
Moose Hotel is a great place for kids. My grandson loved the soft toys and all the animal figures throughout the hotel.
The staff is friendly, speaks English and very willing to help.
The cleanliness and hygiene are top notch.
My only grouse is the location - just off a very busy road that makes driving in and out pretty difficult.
What a very beautiful place to stay in nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. My only negatives would be that the rooms were a bit run down and smelt very damp considering the price we paid for the plunge pool room. Also the plunge pool room doesn’t have much privacy as you can see your neighbours either side and the room above is set back. Also burning season slightly spoilt our trip to Chiang Mai as the air pollution made me have “hay fever” for the entire stay and it got worse the longer we stayed.

Location
- Less than 2-5min walks to three night market ( Kalare Night Bazaar, Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and Anusarn Night market)
- Shopping mall Pantip just around the corner. Big C and Eveanboy is there!!!
- Watson just beside the hotel
-KFC, McDonald, and Hard Rock Cafe just walkable distance! All less than 5min walk.
- At evening, once you step out from the hotel you can see a lot temporary stall selling varieties of local stuff
-10 to 15min grabbing to airport by Grab or Bolt (please don’t agree with their additional airport charge! No such charges! Report them if the driver ask you so. Whatever you see at the platform is the charges. Tipping is up to individual)
Hotel staff - All are lovely. Friendly and approachable. Very welcoming and patience with you request
Room - Hopefully they will do some renovation. Bed is comfy. Bathroom wise some wear and tear including toilet bowl but I don’t spend time in the room so doesn’t matter. Aircon working in good condition
Facilities - I didn’t check as I don’t use it.
Overall - The exterior, the friendliness of staff, the lobby & cafe and location is the plus of staying Dusit Princess! Will be back for sure if visiting Chiang Mai in future

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!
KKasidechThe room is spacious, clean, good, cool air, strong water, takes a little to warm, there are 4 bottles of water and candy desserts, if there is a car with you, there is a parking space for 3 cars, the alley is a bit narrow.
GGuest UserBeautiful how with large bright bedrooms! The swimming pool is beautiful too! Staff are extremely attentive. Hotel is so close to the main district for restaurants/bars within a 5min walk but still quiet at night. Would absolutely recommend!
AAnonymous UserWe had a twin room for short one night stay to explore Chiang Mai University and see the vibes of local uni students, location is great and have all necessities within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staffs, conversational English skills. Easy to call grab just from outside of the hotel, but try avoiding traffic rush hour when everyone is heading to university in the morning or coming down to and from night market at the late evenings. Also suitable for families to stay here as well, they have plenty of children play stuffs at the lobby.
GGuest User[De Chai gives you free drinks if you leave them a kind review during your stay so please be mindful of the reviews you see here :) ]
I found the two bathrooms very appealing along with the price per night so I decided to stay here during my trip with my parents, but there are a lot of room for improvement.
Location: 11-15 minutes away from Chiang Mai Airport so you can hear airplanes flying by in the hotel room. If you’re a light sleeper you might find discomfort staying here. There are definitely better hotels near here, personally I don’t recommend staying here. There are yummy food places near by that made up my experience here! I liked how I could walk to One Nimman & Maya to beat the heat.
Amenities: gym is pretty small, and the pool is tiny too. The pool was so warm as the water isn’t being circulated, which personally discouraged me opt out of swimming here. There were dead bugs floating around too. The pool closes from 6:30pm as there’s a small roof top bar. The gym operates from 7am to 7pm only.
Room: When I checked in, there was hair & dust on the floor. I later addressed this to the front desk the next day (we checked in the evening) & they cleaned it thankfully. The bigger issue here is a structural issue with the restroom floor. While showering, I realized that my feet were submerged in water and I was showering in a shower booth, not bath. The drainages are not working well so I had to be careful while showering because of this issue. It’s also because the water doesn’t flow to the drain fast enough and the water is just going to be all over the bathroom floor. I communicated this with the hotel staff but they just told me to shower with the drain top off but that didn’t fix the issue as I had to stop from the water overflowing by making circles on top of the drain to help the water drain out + using towels to soak the spilled out water. However, this might be a problem with just my room though. I stayed in room 502, so I hope this helps.
Service: Most staff don’t speak english fluently so it was quite difficult to communicate with them especially with my drainage problem. They’re not really welcoming but I think they are just shy because when I asked them something they looked startled and they didn’t know what to say.

HHui Xian KwokA truly unforgettable first trip to Chiang Mai, all thanks to Chala Number 6.
This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations. When our driver dropped us by the roadside, I was briefly unsure—there was no typical drop-off area, and the hotel was nestled beside a school. I started worrying if I’d made the right choice, especially with my mom traveling with me.
But those doubts vanished the moment the bellboy crossed the street to greet us and carry our bags. From that point on, everything was seamless.
Our room was ready before the official check-in time (bonus point right there 🍪). The grounds are beautifully landscaped and incredibly Instagram-worthy. Traditional music plays softly in the background, creating a calming, almost spiritual atmosphere.
One of the biggest surprises? Complimentary afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm. I’m usually not a fan of traditional desserts, but theirs were so thoughtfully curated and visually stunning—some even reminded me of Nyonya kuih from home.
Breakfast was simple but included local Thai items. One dish made from sticky rice, coconut milk, and egg wrapped in banana leaves brought back memories for my mom—it tasted just like her childhood.
It rained almost every day during our stay, and at night we could hear the sounds of nature—croaking toads and gentle rainfall. My mom said it felt like we had traveled back in time.
There’s also a temple right across the road. As someone who’s a little superstitious, I found comfort in that peaceful presence 😅.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. The Sunday Market literally starts at the hotel’s doorstep, and there’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. A few minutes further is Lila Thai Massage—I didn’t get to try it myself, but I’ve heard nothing but great reviews.
Chala Number 6 made this mother-daughter trip so special. I’m truly grateful for the kind service, the thoughtful details, and the peaceful atmosphere. The price? Well worth it.
Thank you, Chala Number 6, for taking such good care of us. We’ll remember this stay for a long time. 🙇♀️
SSavirinEvery single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were especially attentive to our elderly family members, looking after every detail. The restaurant staff were also lovely. Breakfast offered great value.
PPHYO PHYO WAI YANG YINGWe are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere.
The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone.
Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay.
Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly.
Provides in-room dinning menu from <Deck One> my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously.
My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran.
CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom.
CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc.
CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously.
We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?
AAnonymous UserWe found this hotel on a website and were drawn to its well-designed decor and modern facilities, so our whole family decided to make a reservation here.
On the first day, we arrived in Chiang Mai quite early and originally thought we would need to leave our luggage at the front desk. To our pleasant surprise, the front desk staff informed us that our rooms were already ready. This warm welcome made our family feel very happy and really set the tone for a wonderful trip.
Upon check-in, we were offered welcome drinks, which could be enjoyed at the rooftop bar. Although the bar is not very large, it has a great atmosphere and offers a charming view of the local streets and alleyways from the windows.
Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. Eggs and pancakes could be made to order and served directly to your table. The beverage bar featured Thai coffee and Thai milk tea, which the staff kindly prepared upon request. They even thoughtfully asked if we wanted less sugar, accommodating the taste preferences of international guests. Though the dining area isn’t huge, the staff were very knowledgeable and efficient in their service.
In the evening, the restaurant hosts live music performances, featuring seasoned and soulful artists that added a delightful touch to our evenings.
We booked connecting rooms, which were perfect for a family trip. The location is right in the heart of Nimman Road, one of the liveliest areas in Chiang Mai. Despite the vibrant nightlife outside, the soundproofing was excellent, and we weren’t disturbed at all. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and even included umbrellas.
Hotel lobby also features a small retail section selling beautiful crafted items made in collaboration with local artists. If you’re interested, you can enquiry with hotel staff. Overall, our family had a truly wonderful stay. We are very grateful to all the staff for their hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Chiang Mai.
