This is a good apart-hotel. The service was good (P.S. when we checked in, the AC remote was missing, but after a call to reception, they resolved it in literally 20 minutes).
Regarding the room: overall it was clean, though some areas (the bottom of door frames, metal elements of the glass partitions in the shower) were a bit worn out. It had everything we needed: a toothbrush and toothpaste set, shampoo, shower gel, soap (enough for the duration of our stay), a hairdryer (I'm not sure if all rooms have the same type, but for women trying to dry/style their hair, you'll have to continuously hold down the power button), an iron (a good one, it ironed everything perfectly), an ironing board, and an extra pillow. The room was quiet, we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only thing was that our window faced a football field, so we could hear training sessions and see floodlights until around 11 PM, but I wouldn't say it was a major disturbance.
On the ground floor, there's a lounge area, co-working spaces for laptops, a food court, a small shop with ready-made food/drinks/snacks, restrooms, an ATM (Bank T), a gym, a small inner courtyard, and a sports ground.
Transportation access was also not an issue: you can walk to places or take public transport to your desired destination.
Everything was great, a very comfortable hotel located near the airport and Moskovskaya metro station. Our room came with a microwave and a fridge – we had a perfectly comfortable stay.
The front desk staff's English was just okay. The hotel's location is great; you can see the Neva River as soon as you step out, and the views are beautiful. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also quite smooth, and the breakfast had a good variety. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Winter Palace, and on the way, you can visit the House of Books (Singer House), Kazan Cathedral, and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. There's an Italian restaurant and a Japanese ramen shop nearby. When I checked in, they asked for a 350 ruble deposit, but when I checked out, they told me it was a registration fee.
Excellent location of the hotel. All the iconic sights are within walking distance. This is not the first time I have stayed here, of course, it is a modest 5*, rather a good 4+*, but the cleanliness of the rooms and excellent beds with good quality bed linen are worth it. We haven't slept as well as we did here these 3 nights for a long time. The robes and towels are soft, not washed out, good quality.
+: Delicious breakfast with a beautiful view from the window. The pool is free until 4 PM, and the room was clean.
-: When checking out at 12 PM, I took my belongings from my room on the 4th floor and brought them up to my friends' room on the 7th floor. Somehow (it's unclear how or where), I ended up missing a turtleneck and a top. They never made it to the 7th-floor room. I contacted the reception, and they said they didn't know anything about it, and the housekeeper claimed there was nothing left in my room. They didn't even let me go back into the room. It's a very strange situation; these aren't earrings that could be easily lost unnoticed.
Overall, the hotel is good and I recommend it, even though I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Excellent location, which was the main deciding factor for choosing this hotel. If rooms are available, early check-in is an option. Unfortunately, responses to questions were very slow; sometimes I had to wait an entire day for an answer. I tried contacting them here and through messaging apps, but the staff ignored my messages.
Convenient location, polite staff, and everything you need is included. The price was reasonable 👌👍 We did happen to be there during hotel renovations, but I'm sure it will be even better once they're done 😉
Park-Hotel Yarkoe is a large area on the cape of Lake Vuoksa, surrounded by two beautiful islands available to our guests. This is a holiday with a view of the water surface, 80% of the rooms have a view of the water. This is a panoramic restaurant. Choice of different baths and spa procedures. This is more than a hundred rowing and motor boats for fishing and walking. New bicycles, scooters and other activities for children and their parents. This is a play complex for children and sports. We offer our guests accommodation for every taste.
Park-Hotel Yarkoe is located in the center of the main complex Yarkoe in the village Yarkoe. The hotel's arsenal has three floors with rooms for 2-4 people with the views of Lake Vuoksa and the forest park area. There are rooms with a balcony. All rooms are equipped with a private toilet and shower, flat screen TV and heating.
Within walking distance there is a restaurant, a playground, an ice rink, a ski track and a slide, a shop and a sauna.
Centrally located with excellent transport links, the rooms are clean and tidy. It's close to popular attractions, and the breakfast offers a wide selection. The service is also very warm and welcoming.
Excellent hotel! My room was bright and cozy. The staff are top-notch – friendly, polite, and efficient. The restaurant is also great, serving delicious food quickly. I really enjoyed the spa too. Overall, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nevsky Prospekt, with its many attractions, is just a 10-minute walk away. This will definitely be my first choice next time.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, but it's too far from the city center, making it inconvenient to get around. If you're someone who easily gets tired and relies on public transport, it's best to book an Airbnb in the city center. However, if you're like me, hoping for a good breakfast, and your family primarily uses taxis, then this place is a good option.
DdeeperloverA perfect hotel in an unbeatable location, right next to St. Isaac's and the Winter Palace, close to the cruise ship terminal, and a short walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Almost everything is within walking distance. The decor and amenities are excellent, with beautiful architecture and décor. The toiletries provided in the room are also good. Highly recommended.
CChimitova SaianaGood day! Everything was perfect: a clean, new, modern room, cozy and spacious, and a fantastic, delicious breakfast! It's right in the city center, and the service matches the quality! I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely return next time!
GGuest UserIt is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
GGuest UserThe location is great, right by a subway station! However, the hotel room itself is very old, with outdated facilities and decor. It's a stark contrast to the modern exterior and the stylish lobby downstairs. The soundproofing is poor; not only can you hear noise from other rooms, but even people talking on the street in the morning will wake you up. During my three-night stay, the elevator was out of order for one night. On the positive side, the hotel lobby is quite modern and chic, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! For a price of over 700 without breakfast, it's definitely not worth it. It's also a significant step down in quality compared to a typical Novotel in Europe!
GGuest UserI stayed at the Crown Hotel for three weeks, and it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were always happy, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of space. The bathroom was excellent as well, and most importantly, it had a shattaf, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Street and only a minute from both the metro and the railway station. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Crown Hotel again when I return to Saint Petersburg.
GGuest UserYou pick your own bunk when you check in; there's no assigned bedding. As for cleanliness, it's pretty much up to the guests to maintain, as housekeeping isn't very proactive and there's basically no room service. I get that it's a hostel, but make sure to confirm exactly when your temporary residence permit (the 'little white slip') will be ready. I got burned on that – I had to cancel my train ticket and spend an extra hundred rubles to stay another night, and everyone knows how slow things can be in Russia. That said, the room itself was actually pretty good, especially for a hostel in Russia. It had its own toilet and shower, which was a huge plus. The heating in the room wasn't great though, so it got a bit chilly at night, but it wasn't unbearable.

GGuest UserThe showerhead is not working , the shower water is brown and only a few comes out even u turn to the largest angle , but they make a quick decision by phone call and upgraded us to a bigger room , which is very appreciated .
MMi_LaThe hotel entrance is directly off Nevsky Prospekt, making it very easy to get to. Cafes, restaurants, a bus stop, the metro, and other amenities are nearby. Complimentary coffee, tea, and a water cooler are available 24/7. Rooms overlook Nevsky Prospekt and the inner courtyard. Sound levels are a little higher than expected, but still manageable. The bed has a soft mattress, not sagging. The linens are clean and tidy throughout. I recommend it.
